14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

12th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Expressed interest in a property and after back & forth discussion we made an initial offer. After agreeing to up our offer twice to meet with the sellers price point, it was taken off the market by mutual arrangement. However, a day later, despite our agreement, another higher offer was taken and we were asked to enter into a price war... Highly unprofessional and will never deal with The Grange RE again.
