Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.

8th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Kara absolutely blew us both away from the moment we met her. She was just lovely. She was so knowledgeable, went through everything with us, explained each stage, she even brought examples of the market past and present in line with the property we are looking to sell and explaining what and why. No stone was left unturned. We came away understanding everything, the way she dealt with us was like speaking with a friend. We were totally at ease and knew Kara would take some beating on the way she made us feel, her knowledge and customer service as a whole. The turnaround time from our initial meeting, to pictures, for the listing to go live and the board to be erected and EPC sorted was a matter of days. The service has been outstanding from Kara followed by excellent communication throughout. You really cannot ask anymore. From one seller/buyer to another, my advice to you is choose Kara from S&B her property/market knowledge , customer service and the drive she has to assist you in buying/selling your property, i can assure you, you won't find anyone better. If i could give Kara more stars i would.

Collette, Lesley and the team were absolutely superb from start to finish, and quite honestly our experience was that it would be impossible to improve on the service they provided. The team was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and above all thoroughly professional at all times.

30th Jan 2024 (11 weeks ago)Shambles!!! Still waiting on Refund!!! After going with William H Brown, we pulled out of a property with them due to an issue on my end. To then still be waiting for a refund from them. Each time I contact they promised separate dates after the branch not knowing the full information. Now it has come to the Second date passing and still no Refund hitting my account. They refuse to provide a copy of the Merchant Refund receipt to prove this has been issued. Stay Clearly Away!

22nd May 2023 (10 mo. ago)The rental team were very unprofessional, I found the communication awful. Not returning calls, messages not passed on etc. I asked questions regarding the property to which I already knew the answer and was flabbergasted when I was not told the truth, then when challenged the staff member became very defensive and aggressive in her tone. Whilst I appreciate this young member of staff may not be skilled in customer service I felt her conduct was inexcusable. The staff would benefit from professional help with customer service in particular the younger team members.
