He was always available, responded quickly to every query, and made sure we never felt left in the dark at any stage. He arranged the viewing without any delay and was extremely supportive in helping navigate the process of putting forward a successful offer. His knowledge, communication, and dedication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Nari to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely helpful agent. A fantastic experience overall.

On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble. Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable. Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively. I wholeheartedly recommend Strutt and Parker to anyone seeking an efficient, effective, supportive and compassionate estate agent in Edinburgh.

We had a stressful time with our chain but Morag was great at guiding us through the process and great at holding others to account. Would recommend for all conveyancing needs!

2nd Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)I previously had dealings with Fraser Brooks during our property purchase, as they were representing the sellers. Although they were not acting on my behalf, I found the experience with them to be disappointing. Communication was often curt and, at times, came across as rude, which made an already stressful process much more difficult. From my perspective, the level of professionalism fell short of what I would expect from a firm of solicitors. While they may have fulfilled their role for their own clients, the manner in which they engaged with others involved in the transaction was poor and unhelpful. A prime example of this lack of professionalism is when I went to collect my keys. I had purposely gone after the lunch hour to avoid waiting about (the office is in city centre so parking is a nightmare) as I had been told multiple times lunch was 12-1. I was waiting outside the office for 25 minutes. Tried to phone them multiple times. No response. After 25 minutes at 13:25 the gentleman came strolling back in. No apologies for being late or keeping me waiting. When I queried about why he had been so late to return back to work he proceeded to become stand offish and rude. Based on my experience, I would not feel confident recommending this firm

14th May 2026 (30 days ago)Firstly, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Cullerton and his team for such a speedy sale of our house. Mr. Cullerton takes such time to get to know you and your property, he was very friendly, approachable and made you feel taken care of. Somewhere in his literature it talks about a "personalised service" and my goodness that is exactly what you get and you feel it. Greig and the others at Cullerton's too including Mr. Cullerton himself were so speedy and diligent in keeping us informed and were on the ball every step of the way without having to be prompted and I never had to chase them for anything. Also he is amazingly good at getting you quite a price for your property that I am confident will be considerably over what you feel it will sell for. Cullertons is also a one stop shop for your property needs, I would suggest you do not look any further if this is what you are looking for because you have already found it! Thank you again Mr. Cullerton and to Greig and team!
