I was a newby to Newcastle with a job move, and as such was looking for an easy transition into finding somewhere to rent.
The guys in the Living Spaces office were excellent from start to finish, from sending me daily email updates about new properties, through to quick viewings, and then to the ease at which the rental process went through.
I dealt with several companies in Newcastle while looking for an apartment, and these guys were by far the best.
professional, friendly, with time to talk (even if it was for information not specifically related to the property- like where things were in the town) .
I would recommend these guys most certainly.

I am so disappointed with the maintenance side of living spaces, which is why I do a review like this first time in my life. The first issue was when I moved in, they had no copy of the property's keys, so I needed to get them a cut to get the rented property re-painted before I moved in. This time my heating is not working for almost 2 weeks now, called the maintenance department straight away when I explained the issue and highlighted that the underfloor heating doesn't seem to work in the whole building. Instead of them addressing if there is an issue in the building, they sent out an engineer twice to check the panel in my flat who said there is nothing wrong. They handled me if I were completely lack of knowledge/stupid and said they have already explained how the system works. Then, I called them 3rd time as my heating still doesn't work, when I finally managed to get the details of the company who installed the underfloor heating and turns out there was a fault in the whole building they tried to fix, unsuccessfully. Living spaces although made me pay for the call out without fixing the issue and the way they handled me is really humiliating. You shouldn't question straight away the customer and think she is stupid without investigating if she is right...
