19th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Please avoid coming to the West Bromwich branch they have an attitude problem they make faces, they do alot of eye-rolling and are really rude and snotty and are sarcastic. They are unprofessional,talk about clients to other dubberley branch at Great Bridge.They dont keep things confidential.They dont keep you updated.Please avoid them!

Emmie has been incredibly supportive and kept in touch with us throughout the process. 2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been using hunters for multiple viewings as we were looking to move house pretty urgently, Lettings agent clio has been nothing but helpful and supportive on finding us the right space for us to call home! She has answered all of the questions we had with complete professionalism! Clio has been fantastic all the way through. Because of this I highly recommend letting from with hunters.

4th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Arranged to view a property with Ismaeel which was confirmed that day. After leaving work early and travelling for 30 minutes I arrived early and expected to see him in the lobby. I tried to contact him but got no response, I went up to the flat and no one was there. He made no effort to contact me to tell me he'd arrived or where we should meet and either didn't actually show up or just left without trying to find me. The next day he had the cheek to email me to ask if I "was sure I was at the spot?". He was totally unprofessional and lacks any common courtesy. Thanks for wasting my time. And judging by the other reviews, I can't wait to see the AI generated response to these comments or a claim that "my name isn't in their system". Avoid.

Super professional but also really easygoing, which made the whole process way less stressful. They kept me updated the whole time and managed to sort me out with a place to live within a month. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly — big thanks to the team for actually getting things done. Would definitely recommend.

Callie walker was amazing in helping us secure our new home, with amazing, polite and quick communication all through the very quick process, she honestly made it all so easy for us to understand and complete. Answered every question we had and took us through all the forms step by step without hesitation!! We honestly couldn't be happier with the service we have received ???? ????
24th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely disgraceful. Easily the worst estate agent I have ever encountered. Once they have you locked in as a tenant, they become completely unreachable. Calls ignored. Emails ignored. Messages ignored. It’s like dealing with a brick wall — except a brick wall is more responsive. The Rugby lettings team is beyond incompetent. I have been chasing serious issues for nearly a month. Every single time I’m fobbed off with “leave it with us,” followed by total silence. No updates. No action. No professionalism. They are quick to take rent but utterly useless when it comes to doing their actual job. You are left stressed, frustrated, and wasting your time constantly chasing people who clearly do not care. This agency treats tenants with complete disregard. If you value communication, accountability, or basic human decency — stay well away.
25th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Our tenancy at 7 St. Edwards Road was extremely stressful. From the beginning, several maintenance and safety issues were reported and took months to be resolved. We even had a break-in while we were in the property, and no adequate security measures were put in place afterward. Communication with the agency—particularly with the representative who handled our case, Sunny Sandhu—was often unhelpful and dismissive. Requests for a revised contract after two tenants moved out were ignored, leaving us in a very unclear situation. The agency tried to withhold our entire deposit and add unreasonable cleaning charges, despite us leaving the property spotless and having photo evidence. Thankfully, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) reviewed the case and returned our deposit after nearly three months. I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photos, and written communication if you decide to rent through this company. Transparency and professionalism were lacking in our experience.
