A huge drop but the property was empty and we needed to sell it . You need to do a bit if research yourself before finalising the estate agent .

Ranjit, in particular, was very professional and I was happy to be advised by him. Kavita in the office was pleasant and always answered the 'phone.

Homes has an amazing team whose members genuinely care about every customer, regardless of the size of their requirements. I have personally worked in the real estate sector, including Build to Rent, for over 12 years, and I can confidently give DM & Co. Homes 5+ stars. Highly recommended!

Emmie-Jai conducted the viewing and assisted us with the end of our tenancy. She was always extremely welcoming and helpful. Whenever I reported a maintenance issue such as a broken dishwasher the team replied within 48 hours and sent a reliable tradesperson quickly. Communication was always polite and professional. When my tenancy ended, my full deposit was returned promptly without any hassle. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent."

From the initial valuation he guided me and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. His proactive communication with the buyers’ and my solicitor’s was excellent. The service I received from Debbie and D’arcy was excellent . They were efficient, attentive and genuinely supportive. I cannot thank Ben, Debbie and D’arcy enough for their amazing support. I wholeheartedly recommend both Ben and Oulsnam, Hagley Road to anyone selling or buying property.

Would definitely recommend this Estate Agent.- 15th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)We chose Connells because they are a nationwide estate agent. The agents who came to carry out the valuation and take the photographs were fantastic. However, the agent responsible for conducting the viewings was late, which resulted in a queue of prospective buyers waiting outside the house. As there was no sales board displayed, and the situation was attracting attention from the neighbours, I let the buyers in myself. When the agent did arrive, she spent less than 15 minutes in the property, while we waited outside the house in my car. Furthermore, the buyer of the house wanted to pay us £10,000 directly. This was communicated to us through the agent. I spoke to the buyer but felt very uncomfortable with the situation, so I blocked them and told them to proceed through the proper channels. I found this highly unprofessional, and we should never have been placed in this position.

2nd Sep 2026 (22 days ago)Adam Ali Lettings Manager @ Connells Kings Heath had been parachuted in from Connells Rugby end of May. ( my words not his). We were his first Lettings project at Kings Heath. Presented with an unusual and complicated end of tenancy on our property, Adam was the consumate professional and set about in a friendly manner resolving all of the many issues this end of tenancy presented. His experience and sound advice resulted in a house clearance and refurbishment from 5th June thru to marketing and viewings from end of July to a full letting with new tenants moving in on 18th August. Adam assisted by his collegue James Grey, constantly beat my expectations, especially as the previous Lettings Team had consistently failed to meet my expectations , despite me lowering them year on year. So if you are after experienced professional friendly customer service which put you first, I can recommend Adam and James. I never give 5 stars as I think there is always room for improvement in any organisation.
