From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

7th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.
13th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We used Paul Graham to sell our 2-bed flat, completing in April 2026.<br><br>We came to Paul Graham as our third estate agent, having used 2 other firms locally without any success.<br><br>Cannot recommend them highly enough. We wish we’d gone with Paul Graham from the outset.<br><br>No underhanded sales tactics, great organisation and constant communication. An all round professional outfit who have years of knowledge and experience in dealing with property sales and the highs and lows within the process that comes with it.<br><br>After accepting an offer, PG’s Sales Progression Manager, Jacqui, kept on top of both parties’ solicitors, and our buyer, to ensure any issues were resolved as quickly as possible - her tenacity was invaluable against a backdrop of a tricky buyer and even worse conveyancer, and ensured the transaction stayed on track and didn’t fall through.<br><br>Can’t thank them enough, and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

He was a great communicator and stayed responsive to everything we threw at him, whether that was a quick question or a last minute viewing request. He was always available when we needed him and kept us updated at every stage so we never once felt left in the dark. A thoroughly professional agent who clearly knows his stuff and someone we would happily recommend to anyone buying or selling.

We ran into some difficulties during the referencing process, but he worked tirelessly to help us through every step and kept us updated throughout.
