26th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Terrible estate agents and management company - DO NOT USE THEM! Slow responses to any issues. Organising last minute viewings with no notice and coming into your property. The checkout process was horrendous. Charged £425 for 16 hours of cleaning for some dust and bathrooms. No evidence or invoice provided. Upon requesting invoice it took a week to reply and the invoice had no information, looked like a 5 year old had made it and was for a cleaning company that had no website or any presence online. Ridiculous charges at check out after they raked in healthy rent all year long. I would really avoid!
21st Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Wilkinson Byrne while selling my flat. Across three separate sale attempts, the same problems kept happening: poor communication, weak administration, and no proactive effort to move the sale forward.<br><br>First attempt:<br>Basic checks weren’t done. The buyer had no mortgage?in?principle, no solicitor, and the memorandum of sale wasn’t issued until I chased it — only for it to become clear that key information had never been collected. This caused weeks of delay and ended with a buyer who couldn’t proceed.<br><br>Second attempt:<br>Although the sale fell through for reasons outside the agency, their response showed no urgency or initiative. Communication felt flat and uninterested, and there was no drive to try to save the sale.<br><br>Third attempt:<br>Even though the sale eventually completed, communication was still slow, emails went unanswered, and I had to escalate to the manager just to get basic actions done.<br><br>Overall, the service I received was not reflective of the fee charged. The pattern across all attempts showed consistent failures in communication, administration, and proactive sales support. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Wilkinson Byrne.

From the initial meeting, realistic valuation, and professionalism to the on the ball progression team, everyone was helpful, kind and patient when I was stressed, and were tenacious in pushing along the process and getting the property sold. He was always responsive, polite and helpful, and made himself available whenever we had questions or requests.<br><br>Nick managed the whole process well and helped keep everything moving smoothly. He also recommended excellent surveyors which was really helpful during the purchase.<br><br>Overall we had a positive experience and would happily recommend Nick to anyone buying or selling in the Fulham area.

He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you, Junior, for all your help and support – it was truly appreciated!
7th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)My first time ever renting in London, and I did it while relocating from overseas, so I really didn't know what to expect. Joel made it easy from the very first viewing. He talked me through every stage properly, from the offer through referencing and the tenancy agreement, and he came back to my questions promptly every time. He was especially patient with all the awkward paperwork that comes with moving countries. I never felt like I was chasing him for an answer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having someone this responsive and reliable on the London end made an enormous difference. I'd recommend Joel and Jonathan Arron Residential without hesitation.

Tudor helped everything run smoothly and to complete on time. Working efficiently and also helping to contact relevant parties (the freeholder and solicitors). Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend. A mention to Abbey and Honey who have been brilliant.

Special mention for Darren as he made the whole process a lot easier and was always on hand to help with enquiries and also his communication skills were absolutely brilliant. I can not fault this company at all.<br><br>If looking for an estate agent Humphrey and Co are definitely the way to go.
5th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have contracted them to sell my one-bedroom flat in North Acton. After previous agency failed to secure a sale I contracted Marsh and Parsons. They valued my flat more acurately, not inflating the price as previous agency done. They seemed to be more proactive and informative, but when I was present at some of the viewings I was surprised how disintersted the agent who accompanied the viewer was. As if they did not care. Also was supprised by some of the feedback from viewers sent by agency. My flat is on 2nd floor, yet one viewer wanted to buy to rent to family of four. ( reminder, it is 1 bedroom). Another apparently said in feedback that flat was too small for her, because if she starts a family she would want to put an extension.( Farsical as it is a second floor flat so the extension could be on stilts). I was surprised that agency did not give the potential viewers all the details. BUt was accepting time wasters. I am very disappointed with the services. Only good thing was the communication about viewings and feedback, however silly, which I did not have from previous agents.

Ella was incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process. She was always quick to respond and was happy to help even when we had questions that were outside of the usual process, I really appreciated how approachable and supportive she was throughout our search. Although we ended up securing university accommodation this year, I would definitely come back to Ella when we need to look for accommodation again next year. I’m very grateful for all her help and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful agent!
