23rd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)I would like to thank James Ryan from Barnard Marcus Worcester Park for the property valuation provided earlier this week. James was punctual, friendly and professional. James explained the current situation of the local market in detail and provided examples of comparable properties that had recently been sold or were currently being advertised. The valuation provided was clearly explained and was backed up in writing within an hour, which I really appreciated.

He's always been someone I've found to be honest, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for his clients.<br>More recently, I've dealt with Tom through Hamptons, and the high standard of service has continued. He has built a fantastic team around him who are always professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.<br>As a property search agent, it's incredibly important that I can recommend estate agents with confidence.
