24th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Daisy Smailes absolutely atrocious customer service and zero professionalism. Went for property viewing in Ashford said can go ahead and accepted all terms but then turns around and states haven't accepted your offer as an excuse when no offer was ever placed!! Never took any documents from us and didn't even bother to give an explanation to anything and fully ignored us after all this incompetent, foolish behaviour. Firstly turns up to property viewing and doesn't say a word to explain anything at all, why she is doing this job when does not like to I have no idea best off sending somebody who does!! Thank God the neighbour was there and he discussed many aspects of the area and the property! But Dosey Smailes wouln't get a single word out! Stated upfront to pay the asking price and confirmed a start up date, confirmed everything verbally then stated to send acceptance in confirmation email and then turns around and says offer not been accepted when we never put offer in the first place, after this ignored and never contacted us, blatent discrimination and pathetic behaviour can go into lot more details but will leave it like this. I hate when if there are any requirements or anything like this then be upfront about it but in this case nothing couldnt even have courage to tell us why doesnt want to go ahead with us to move in, so behaviour been exposed anyway. I would give zero stars if it let me!

He also had a very good understanding of the property and local area. I would highly recommend!

She communicated clearly, kept us updated, and made every effort to contact us and follow up regarding the property. She was also very accommodating when arranging and showing us the house, taking the time to answer our questions and explain everything clearly.<br><br>Even though we ultimately secured accommodation elsewhere, we really appreciated Elika’s excellent communication, patience and positive attitude throughout. She made the experience smooth and pleasant.<br><br>Thank you, Elika, for your time, effort and outstanding customer service. You are a credit to the team, and we would be very happy to recommend your service to others.

19th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Huge thanks to Banji, he was brilliant, genuinely helpful, and even stayed late past 5 PM so I could get my keys and not be left stranded. He is the sole reason this isn't a 1-star review.<br>The agency itself is completely disjointed. Communication between departments is a mess, emails and calls are routinely ignored, and their reliance on third-party agencies makes simple tasks needlessly complicated. Internal miscommunication delayed my agreed move-in date by five days, leaving me to figure things out entirely on my own.<br>The absurdity peaked on move-in day. I pointed out an error in the initial draft which was completely ignored, forcing me to flag the exact same mistake after the document had already gone out for signatures. They retracted the contract on the morning of my move, didn't re-issue it until 3:30 PM, and then expected me to rush down to collect keys before their 5:00 PM close.<br>?Banji deserves all the credit for customer service, but management desperately needs to fix their internal communication and workflow.<br>All in all, not bad but not good either.<br>All the best.

Her dedication and desire to help us and offer quality service is evident and she continues to offer support, being very patient and attentive to my queries. As a result, I am a very happy tenant in a new home that I already love within a few days of moving in. Also a special thanks to Oliver who had made an extra trip to deliver the keys! 16th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)I've just sold my 3 bedroom house in manor park with Stonebridge. They were one of the top estate agent for E12 area as recommend by Get Agent. I'm so glad to have chosen them to sell my house. They offered the best fees out of other agents I considered. Their valuation of the property was very realistic which result in many asking price offers. The sales lead for my property was Fahim. A very attentive, polite and professional guy. He did an excellent job in vetting the potential buyers and provide the best options to me. He was very active on keeping me updated and provided feedbacks. Also, shout-out to Shaz for overseeing the whole process and making sure evrything is inline for a smooth completion.
