31st Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.

From the very beginning, she kept us informed at every stage with excellent communication, always responding promptly and making sure we understood what was happening.<br><br>Our conveyancing journey was far from straightforward, with several unexpected challenges along the way. Despite this, Tiarnae remained calm, professional and proactive throughout. She went above and beyond to keep the chain together, even holding it until exchange, which was instrumental in ensuring everything progressed successfully.<br><br>Her dedication and patience in providing an outstanding service made a stressful process much easier for us. Tiarnae is a real credit to the South Croydon branch and her professionalism and customer care deserve to be recognised.<br><br>We would highly recommend Tiarnae and Salal to anyone buying or selling a home. She kept us updated every step of the way, communicated clearly, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She stayed on top of everything, chasing things up when needed and making sure the sale kept moving forward. Her professionalism and dedication made what can be a stressful process much easier. 4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. An incredibly professional organisation, they were always quick to answer any questions or requests I had. Also any issues or problems within the house were sorted swiftly and without issue. Also very friendly and polite individuals, can't recommend enough.

What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.
