30th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.<br><br>In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.<br><br>Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.<br><br>Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.<br><br>I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.

Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. I wanted the quickest turnaround possible as I saw a house I fell in love with and I wasn’t even on the market. Kevin followed up quickly and we were on within a matter of days, my flat sold within a week! His guidance throughout has been spot on from the pricing point, to the buyer, to the endless catch up calls, Kevin has been there. The photographers they use to market are wonderful as are the removals team they recommend - James removals. Kevin and Jackie have been at the end of the phone throughout the whole process, giving reassurance and kindness throughout making this experience that much more enjoyable. They really are the dream team and I haven’t stopped recommending them since. Thank you for being the best!

Syede was amazing from the first point of contact, his replies were fast and he was even able to come to value the house as quick as the next day.<br><br>He was very informative, easy to speak to and clearly showed his experience and knowledge in the field through his professionlism and the manner in which he helped myself and my family.<br><br>I highly RECOMMEND this company. 31st Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I had an excellent experience with BR Estate Agent in Bromley. From my very first meeting, the team: Chris & Aidan was professional, responsive, and proactive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.<br><br>My property had previously been on the market with another estate agent (Acorn) for around 16 months. Although they found two buyers, both sales fell through because they were part of property chains that ultimately collapsed.<br><br>What I still struggle to understand is why, after the first chain collapsed, another buyer who was also part of a chain was recommended rather than prioritising a first-time buyer or someone in a stronger position to proceed. While I appreciate that no estate agent can guarantee a successful transaction, this approach left me feeling that an important lesson had not been learned from the first failed sale.<br><br>You can only imagine how stressful and emotionally draining the entire process was after investing so much time, only for two sales to fall through.<br><br>BR Estate Agent completely changed my experience. They secured a committed first time buyer at the very first viewing, and exactly three months later the sale was completed successfully. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding, and I always felt well informed and supported.<br><br>I'm extremely grateful for their hard work, professionalism and dedication. I would highly recommend BR Estate Agent to anyone looking to sell their property. They delivered exactly what they promised and achieved a result I had almost given up hoping for.
