3rd Jun 2026 (26 days ago)An estate agents outside of Putney recommended Winkworth in Putney to me, saying Flora Clarke, Associate Director, and Russell, Director, were excellent. Flora has been outstanding, in our opinion, and has been so approachable, helpful, organised and professional. The flat was extremely problematic and could not have been much more difficult to sell, but Flora was undaunted, and managed to obtain a much higher price for it than anyone expected. She, and the rest of the the team at Winkworth, including Russell (who was also brilliant), were always available and on top of things. We are very grateful and obviously we highly recommend the team.

Throughout my entire search journey, he was incredibly proactive, quick to respond, and remarkably supportive. He even responded to any questions I have on off-days. His professionalism and proactivity made the whole process much smoother. Highly recommended! Zaylin’s ability to streamline the process and handle every detail with such efficiency took all the stress out of finding a property. If you are looking for an agent who is not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and dedicated to his clients, I cannot recommend him enough!!!

He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

Once the sale was agreed the management of all the paperwork and communication was exemplary and useful when potential issues, out of our command, down the short chain arose. The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

23rd May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid. They raised my rent by 25% and never acted on maintenance issues i would raise. Typical slum estate agents, dingy flats and dodgy fees.

I must praise them on their professionalism (as well as the sales department !) and on how well they have looked after me as a landlord and seller, and my property. Years of experience, incredibly helpful and friendly staff not to mention the best properties on their books!
