Very proactive and informative throughout the process, made more challenging for him as I live in Australia and everything was dealt with on a ‘full arms length’ basis ! I would highly recommend both the services of Hamptons Real Estate and Robert in particular.

26th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Overall it was very quick and smooth renting process for me as specially when I was first time renter and I was away from the country. I managed to do all the process over the phone or website. Andra was simply amazing throughout the process. I was about to finalise other property and then I saw this property and left my interest online. She called me within few hours and I explained her my situation and asked to finalise the property with in few hours if possible. She made it happened and I think in around couple of hours I completed my initial process. In absence of Andra Khilna and Dilip were also very prompt and quick in responding and solving issues. Kudos to the whole team.

From the very beginning, he guided and supported us every step of the way. There were definitely some challenges along the road—ones that only Stuart and we truly understand—but he never gave up on us. His persistence, encouragement, and belief in us kept us going when things felt tough. Thanks to Stuart’s dedication and hard work, we were able to finally get everything over the line, complete the move, and settle into our new home. We’re so grateful for his support and couldn’t have done it without him. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. A genuinely great experience from a reliable and supportive team.

We were warmly welcomed by George, who took his time showing us around the property and explained every part of the process clearly and patiently. We loved the house straight away and submitted our offer immediately after the viewing. After that, Vicky became our main point of contact - and she was exceptional throughout. She guided us with expertise, answered all our queries promptly, and was always reassuring. We had a stressful moment when my parents’ flight from Dubai was rescheduled, meaning we had to adjust our exchange date. During that time, Vicky’s calm support and reassurance really helped put us at ease. I’d also like to give a special shout?out to Marjana and Debby for their wonderful customer service. Their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to help made the whole experience even smoother.
