11th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently sold a flat in South Hampstead, which I jointly owned with my wife, through Rose & Co Estates. We live in Singapore and on our visit to London in September last year, it was important for us to have a real estate agent who specialised in properties in that area. Initially we looking at both options i.e. to sell as well as rent, so we were in contact with Jeremy Curtis for sales and James Rockman for rentals, who were both very helpful in guiding us through the two options and the key considerations to bear in mind. We were also helped by Darren Rose who provided us with additional guidance and help. We eventually decide to sell so Jeremy was our principal contact through the sale process. We were pleasantly surprised that he was able to get us an acceptable offer within a month of us engaging his services. Jeremy kept us regularly updated and guided during the longish process leading to completion of the sale including at times when there were procedural delays. This constant communication was important to us as we live in Singapore. We would like to compliment Jeremy for his courtesy, patience, professionalism and promptness of service. We would also like to thank James and Darren for their guidance and service. Overall, it was a very positive experience dealing with the team at Rose & Co Estates.

They were always very helpful and made it easy for me living abroad as they resolved the tenants minor issues practically and helped me when there were bigger issues. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

25th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I rented through Home Connect and had a very disappointing experience. I paid a £3000 deposit but only received £500 back after leaving, with no clear explanation. I would not recommend.
16th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I booked a viewing last week and this morning checked the online listing, which was still showing the original price. However, when I arrived to view the property, I was informed that the price had been increased at the last minute. While I understand that online listings can change, surely a basic courtesy would be to contact prospective viewers to let them know about any price changes, so they can decide whether they still want to attend. This felt like a complete waste of time. Furthermore, their website claims that all rooms are en-suite, but in reality only one room had a proper en-suite bathroom. The other six rooms only have showers and no toilet facilities, which is very misleading. I strongly urge the management to be more transparent and respectful towards potential tenants.

Hannah especially was a steady presence and always available with advice. It was good to have a dedicated member of the staff dealing with the process from offer accepted to finish.

I can't put in to words how much Stuart supported me throughout the sale and when it all got stuck with solicitors he truly went above and beyond to get all the documents required, chase lawyers and support me personally.
12th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Moving house is always a stressful experience, but Hume Homes were incredibly helpful compared to many of the other estate agents we encountered. They provided a proper face-to-face viewing of the property and maintained very quick communication throughout the whole process. If anything needed doing, it was sorted out immediately. Now that we have moved in, we are still in the process of truly making it our own by buying furniture, but it is brilliant to have finally found a place in Streatham right near the town centre and train station. I would highly recommend their services!

22nd Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)As a first time seller I had a positive experience with LB and felt i was in a safe pair of hands. I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.
