8th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Had a great experience with Aggie who showed us around the flat and then helped us with all paperwork. She was very flexible and quick to respond. She also helped us to get the keys at 9am on move in day rather than 3pm.
4th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have rented with several agencies in London but Oliver Brooks (now operating as Kenneth Lloyd’s) was by far the worst experience. Once the agreement was signed the agency stopped caring about the condition of the property. Imran the owner was so rude, had an attitude problem and spoke to tenants with complete disrespect. Despite repeated emails, serious maintenance issues were ignored- the kitchen exhaust never worked and I was told it was “not life-threatening” and to open a window lol. There was no cleaner, common areas were poorly maintained, the WiFi never worked properly, the fridge was broken, and bathroom windows would not close. Living there for a year was extremely stressful and moving is not easy or cheap for tenants who work hard for their money unlike Imran . I strongly recommend anyone considering this agency to read the reviews carefully before renting.
12th Apr 2022 (3 years ago)I have sold several houses over the years and my experience with Charlotte Mantle of Knight Frank Wimbledon was by far the best. It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.

24th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Very poor service from Alex P. From the start of the tenancy, communication was handled primarily via WhatsApp with little to no formal email correspondence, which felt unprofessional. A serious health and safety concern regarding the balcony was raised multiple times but was not addressed fully. In addition, no proper inventory check-in or check-out documentation was provided. At the end of the tenancy, I was unexpectedly informed of deposit deductions. When I queried this, I was advised to dispute it through the DPS. Overall, a lack of professional communication and accountability made this a disappointing experience. Better communication and proper handling of issues throughout the tenancy could have avoided this situation.

Madeleine was incredibly kind and helpful throughout, from understanding the house in preparation for conducting the viewings, negotiating the price and hand holding all the queries and questions throughout the process. Thank you, Madeleine, for making the transactions as smooth as possible.

5th Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.- 23rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive to our needs and truly went above and beyond at every stage. When we experienced delays and poor communication from our conveyancer, Louis stepped in without hesitation, helping to move things forward and keep the transaction on track. His proactive approach made a real difference and significantly reduced what could have been a very stressful situation. What really stood out was how patient and supportive he was throughout the process. He always gave us the space to make decisions in our own time, and no question was ever too much trouble. The level of service we received was second to none. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Louis and the team at Hindhead to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

They truly went the extra mile to ensure I felt confident and secure in finding the right tenant—someone who would genuinely love and take care of my home. Throughout the entire process, they have been extremely communicative and efficient. Delivering great service and depth of knowledge. Overall, I feel secure, well looked after, respected and listened to. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
