The whole team were responsive whenever i called and nothing was an issue for them. This in turn helped the processs of selling my mothers proprty go through very smoothly.<br><br>A big thank you to James who was also a hugh help from the very begining.

They were readily available to talk to and responded to messages and calls very promptly. They were very knowledgeable on all aspects of the process and made us feel reassured whenever something unexpected cropped up.<br>We would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone whether buying or selling a property.

We are absolutely delighted and would certainly recommend them and are looking forward to hopefully also buying our new place via Simon and his colleagues.

We've bought our property, and sold our previous property through them and in both instances everyone at Chas R Lowe were helpfull, professional and very patient.<br><br>You can expect clear communication, availability, and the benefit of their experience and advice at every step of the process. If we ever need to move for whatever reason, we'd be really keen on using them again in the future.

Refused to provide rental accounts and all necessary certificates to a Landlord to facilitate eviction action against a Tenant despite requests for months. We don't even know if those necessary legal compliance (such as regular EICR check, protecting deposit with a govenrment shceme) has been properly done. A nightmare for Landlords.
