9th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)We recently rented property in Wapping through Peter (at Cluttons) and we were super impressed with his speed, efficiency, support and advice. The whole thing was completed in less than 3 weeks from first viewing! Highly recommend!

From the start of the tenancy, communication was handled primarily via WhatsApp with little to no formal email correspondence, which felt unprofessional. A serious health and safety concern regarding the balcony was raised multiple times but was not addressed fully. In addition, no proper inventory check-in or check-out documentation was provided. At the end of the tenancy, I was unexpectedly informed of deposit deductions. When I queried this, I was advised to dispute it through the DPS. Overall, a lack of professional communication and accountability made this a disappointing experience. Better communication and proper handling of issues throughout the tenancy could have avoided this situation.

5th Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.

Great filtering to only organise visit for serious potential buyers. Efficient follow through until from initial offer till completion. highly recommended;- 20th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Brian was the agent for the seller of a flat we bought. He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.
29th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)Really glad I sold my house through GR, from the start Nick was really approachable, friendly and so positive about the house it really made you think his team would ‘sell’ it for you, which they did! Great value for money as the percentage fee was more than competitive. The ladies in the office were always friendly and nothing was ever too much for them. The sales progression was a smooth process and I was kept up to date every step of the way. A great experience all round, thank you.

From organising the viewing promptly, to general responsiveness and assistance through this initial process which involves a lot of back and forth and additional bookings with surveyor, myself etc. The onboarding process and questionnaire was easy to navigate and respond to too. Looking forward to completing and moving into my dream home :-)

6th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)So glad I didn’t end up renting with this company after my extremely poor experience and seeing these reviews online. Communication was terrible, arrived at the my pre-booked appointment after calling the office 4 times to get more information about the location. Was told to come back the next day to see two properties which were on for £300pcm more than the one I originally requested, both of which thy stated ‘we currently have multiple offers on both’. Overhyped and overrated, this is all that is wrong with the property market in London. Don’t waste your time.

A special mention to Agent Ganesh, who was very professional, responsive, and helpful at every step. He explained everything clearly, arranged viewings promptly, and ensured the handover went smoothly. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.

13th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)You couldn't be in better hands. Trust is hard to find in too many settings nowadays. Too many times one deals with broker companies charging for no real services or finds dishonest, hidden or surprise fees. With Sam and her team, you will find the exact opposite, an oasis in the desert. There, the human connection is real and primary. If you are a good actor in the business, you will want to connect with Village Properties. Sam was the first local person we chatted and trust in the country, we were abroad and hadn't moved in yet. The friendlyness, will to help us and professionalism were key to gain our trust. Even after we arrived and had no direct business with Village Properties, the availability to receive and help us, was always present. A google review is easily manipulated or streched. That's why you should give them a call, or better even, stop by, and you will see what I mean. Too many bad actors out there, it's hard to write so many bad heavy reviews. But when you find a truly good actor, you have to highlight them properly. For us it's truly a pleasure to write this review. Trust me, landlord, tenant, buyer or seller, you want to be in the hands of Sam and Village Properties.
16th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We'd had a trying period with another local estate agent before turning to Dey King and Haria based on a stellar experience with Joshua Roston when viewing a property some months prior. Joshua was incredibly knowledgable, personable and, above all else, honest. It was on that basis that we reached out to see if DKH could value our property. We felt they worked a lot harder to market it and Joshua's communication throughout the process was flawless. He is very clearly someone who cares about his work and his clients – not a trait displayed in all estate agents. Once the sale was agreed, Joshua put us into the equally capable hands of Hannah James in her role as Sales Progressor. Hannah was every bit as diligent, open and helpful as her colleague and went out of her way time and time again to move things along throughout a difficult process that saw the buyer's solicitor close down mere days before exchange. She was proactive, very assured and unflappable throughout – precisely what was needed when dealing with previously unseen circumstances and a difficult managing agent. Joshua and Hannah are both a credit to Dey King and Haria which is a firm we would not just use again but recommend to anyone in the areas they operate. Estate agents have a reputation – DKH and its employees are doing a very good job of re-writing it for the better.
