Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

Lea Carty was particularly helpful in following up with the solicitors and dealing with the enquiries. I managed to move house in a few months and whole process went through as smoothly as possible.

The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.<br><br>A special thank you to Denny Ferrara, who was absolutely amazing throughout. Denny kept us constantly updated at every stage, was always quick to respond to our questions, and made sure we knew exactly what was happening, his communication and dedication really stood out and made the whole experience so much easier.<br><br>We truly appreciate all the support and would highly recommend this rental agency, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Denny Ferrara. Within 2 weeks, Mark found me a serious buyer and within 9 weeks we exchanged contracts. Everyone was so responsive and worked hard to push things through quickly. I wish I went with them in the first place! Could not have asked for more.

13th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)As a first-time buyer, my advice is to independently verify every representation made by them during the buying process and ensure everything is reflected in your legal documentation.<br><br>My experience has been very disappointing. I received written assurances regarding the service charge before purchasing the property, but it has since increased from around £1,500 per year to almost £4,000 for a building with no gym, no concierge and no other premium amenities. This has had a significant financial impact. The service charge amount was a deal breaker for me.<br><br>I was also left with the impression that the transition from leasehold to share of freehold would happen relatively promptly. I completed my purchase in April 2025, and I am still waiting for the transfer to be completed.<br><br>Finally, I was assured by the representative from Bespoke that I would be able to replace the carpet with hard flooring, only to discover after completion that the lease prohibits this without consent.<br><br>Overall, I would strongly encourage first-time buyers to obtain written confirmation of everything, ask their solicitor to verify every representation, and not rely solely on verbal assurances by the agents during the sales process.

Very communicative, and helped push through the deal in quick time.<br><br>We dealt with a few estate agents locally throughout the process, but Your Move certainly came across the most organised, easiest to work with, and honest bunch.
