Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.

We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

We were viewing properties and were so impressed by Poppy's approach to viewings that we thought she would do justice to our home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with multiple offers, even over the asking price and an offer was accepted within 3 days of being on the market. I am convinced that another agent would not have been so successful. Equally, throughout the conveyancing process, Poppy has been a trusted voice accompanying us through it all. I feel very grateful to her and the team at Hamptons and have recommended them to friends locally who are selling. Overall, excellent in manner, service and results!

Excellent photos and marketing resulted in four offers within three weeks. Dan looked after every aspect of the sale and even provided a central heating contact when the boiler needed replacing before sale. Couldn't praise him highly enough for the quality of the service and his professionalism.

From the very beginning, Martine Hamilton kept us informed at every stage of the process, which made what can often be a stressful and uncertain time feel much more manageable. Whenever we had questions for the sellers, or needed updates from the solicitors, Martine was straight onto it, chasing things up and coming back to us with quick, clear responses. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she clearly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.<br><br>We’d also like to thank Svetlana, who showed us the property, for being so helpful and welcoming from the very first viewing. Her knowledge of the property and the local area gave us real confidence in our decision, and she made the whole viewing experience a pleasure.<br><br>Having such a reliable and proactive team behind us made an enormous difference, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to guide our son through buying his new home. I was really impressed when Jake came round mid afternoon, carried out the valuation & then he actually returned a few hours later to drop the valuation off to me in person. When I decided to sell the house in March 2026 I had no hesitation in going with Jake as my sole Estate Agent. Once again I was not disappointed as my house sold in a matter of a few weeks. I was really Impressed with Jake’s cool, calm & collected manner and he is very professional & does exactly what he says he is going to do. Therefore I would thoroughly recommend the services of Allday & Miller.
