She's very experienced and dealt with the whole process in a seamless way, from suggesting minor cosmetic improvements, recommending a property management company, to a solicitor dealing with conveyancing. After many viewings and and we had accepted an offer within a month.

They will listen to what you like or dislike in a property and find you the perfect match…they will be responding to your emails without leaving you wait forever and help you with any questions or concerns, not to mention what a fun place it is and how relaxing they make the whole process! Many thanks to Scot an amazing and caring professional that showed me the perfect place for me ticking off all my requirements and to his colleague Pasquale who is a brilliant broker! Neil and Belinda and the whole team were always available and approachable by phone, email and in person in the office. I cannot recommend enough!

6th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Would highly recommend Stanfords after selling our flat with them recently - we mostly dealt with Alex and Sean, and Robyn did an incredible job with the photos.<br><br>We had a number of agents over to value the flat and we chose Stanfords because they are a local, independent agent. Alex did the valuation and was approachable and honest, and gave us confidence that they would do a great job of selling the flat. We also liked his 'to market' approach, which was realistic, like his valuation.<br><br>The flat sold in it's first weekend and Alex and team made sure the sale progressed nicely throughout. They were communicative and always available as the sale progressed, and provided useful advice when our onward purchase plans changed. Thanks for all your help!
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
23rd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Mehmet and Rej do not respond to emails. As a landlord rent is supposed to be paid to me on the 5th of each month. Almost the end of the month and full rent hasn’t been paid, whenever i reach out to them for days asking for clarification or the reason for extreme delay all your emails get ignored. This is not the first time I’m having to chase my rent or send countless emails concerning the delay of rent being paid to me. I have typed several emails from last week to them no response. Why do you ignore landlords when you’re the one managing their property? How long does it take to type a response? Highly unprofessional. Will be switching agents

Rather than selecting the agent with the lowest fees or the one offering the highest valuation, I based my decision on their excellent understanding of the local Wandsworth market, access to interested buyers, and, most importantly, their well-thought-out selling strategy for what was a challenging market.<br><br>They completely delivered on every aspect. Nick, Hannah and the rest of the team were outstanding and provided excellent support throughout the sales process. I would definitely recommend them.

I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.
