25th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)Rodrigo called me yesterday to arrange a viewing in Oval, with viewings organised between 1700 and 1800 for today. I confirmed 1745 on my day off. At 1649 I received an email confirming the viewing and requesting my phone number, despite calling me the day before. I received a phone call at 1722 to cancel the viewing from another agent, not sure who but she was apologetic and polite. I don’t believe for a minute it was due to the tenant cancelling half way through the viewing slot but Rodrigo not setting it up. The man didn’t even have the decency to call me and cancel himself. I wasted a two and a half hour round trip on my day off. Absolute clown behaviour. Thank you.

Very professional team at every stage, from finding a tenant and signing the contract to go through the end of tenancy. All your tenants are very reasonable and good people. Thank you Iqbal for supporting me and my tenants during the end of tenancy. He connected me with Prishila from vacated team and my tenant with Rosie the apartment search department immediately. 1st Mar 2026 (27 days ago)Had a great service with the Manager Aidan to sell our home. Callum and Amanda carried out our viewings and always gave feedback immediately - lovely to speak to! We were abroad during the sale and Aidan was a fantastic help in ensuring the sale went through in a few months. No matter what time of the day he made himself available to speak and guide us through each step. Probably the best experience I have ever had with an individual estate agent.

18th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)The flat we rent has been managed for several years by Stirling Ackroyd, and I’d like to acknowledge the ongoing support of David Umney in particular, whose speedy responses, great communication and readiness to address and resolve any issues when they (very rarely) come up has been so consistent and is hugely appreciated. David’s so approachable, and his professionalism and understanding goes a very long way in making renting with Stirling Ackroyd such a positive experience for us!

She is exceptional at her job. Haiden's communication skills on all levels are outstanding and the professional yet friendly approach with which she operates is outstanding. Haiden takes the time to understand her clients' needs and delivers on this. She easily builds trust which made me feel fully supported throughout the entire process. Haiden has exceeded my high expectations and couldn't have impressed me more with the level of service and expertise she offers. If you are looking to let your property, I would not hesitate to recommend Haiden at Hamptons.

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 25th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)Deeply Concerning, Disorganised, and Discriminatory Experience with Dimension Estates I am writing this based on my close friend’s experience with Dimension Estates, and frankly, it is alarming. The situation my friend Ruben Nobre was involved in raises serious concerns about how applicants are being handled and prioritised. For queer people — especially those already navigating housing insecurity — experiences like this do not exist in isolation. When processes are opaque, inconsistent, and dismissive, they create space for bias, whether explicit or implicit. There is a long history of queer individuals, including those who are already marginalised or in precarious circumstances, being overlooked, deprioritised, or subtly excluded from housing opportunities. Situations like this reinforce that reality. When someone does everything right and is still pushed aside under questionable circumstances, it is difficult not to question whether prejudice — including homophobia or queerphobia — is playing a role, or at the very least being enabled by a lack of transparency and accountability. For many, housing is not just about convenience — it is about safety, dignity, and the possibility of a future. Experiences like this send a very clear message: that some people are more easily disregarded than others. Dimension Estates seriously needs to address not only its communication and organisation, but also the fairness and integrity of its processes. Right now, it is failing on all fronts.

Quick call back from enquiry, and friendly demeanour on the phone. We were shown around a property by Oliver and although not right for us, we were both impressed with him. He was informative, and direct, and I did not feel like I was being lead up the garden path with cheap sales language. Would absolutely recommend, and in particular Oliver at the Blackheath branch!

Alex was extremely communicative and supportive, helping to navigate through some challenging complexities with HelpToBuy and the flats Management companies. This was handled with professionalism and knowledge, helping to make the process as stress free as possible. We are so grateful for both Mark and Alex for everything they did and all their hard work. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to sell or buy in the area.
16th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.

Charlie was a huge huge support for me over this long process, from the very first viewing till completion. He is very well informed about a wide range of topics, from real estate, taxes, house buying tips etc... and as a first time buyer I learnt a lot from him. He would regularly check in, update me and keep me informed about everything that was happening on the seller's side too. Thank you for making the process less stressful!

She was incredibly responsive, kept me informed throughout, and went above and beyond to coordinate with both the contractor and landlord to get the problem resolved quickly. Her efficiency and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for the excellent service!
