6th Sep 2026 (22 days ago)I have been receiving a service from Hoopers and a Hoopers associate for over 20 years. They look after managing my flat so well that I know that I am in good hands. It is reassuring,, that they make sure that all the safety requirements are in place. More recently Shenae has been my main contact person and she is efficient, accessible, engaging, polite and overall very professional at what she does. For example Hoopers needed a set of keys, but Shenae made the time to collect the tenants key, got the spare keys cut and then returned the tenants keys to them. That made it really easy and saved my time as a landlord. Thank you Hoopers for such an excellent service. Dr LW MBE

From remote viewings to follow-up online calls, it’s been only thanks to Allan if we managed to secure a property in London. 14th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Excellent company to do business with for the selling of my house.<br><br>All the staff at the Belvedere Branch were totally professional, helpful and always ready to answer any of my questions i had throughout the process of which there were many.<br>A special mention has to go to George Bontoft who literally went above and beyond to help make the process as seamless as possible and was the calm voice of reason.<br><br>I would have no problem recommending this company and especially the Belvedere Branch to anyone who is either buying or selling a property.

Devon and his team were fantastic with their targeted marketing, which secured us a quick sale, in a difficult sellers market.<br>The whole team were approachable, and when asked for feedback, it came back in a timely manner.<br>Having a named person within the team, Yes you...Maeve!, chasing up with conveyancers and solicitors, really helped bring the sale to completion on time! 28th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I have recently moved out of a flat managed by Elms, but wanted to leave a review to flag the great experience I had with them. My point of contact throughout was Nasim, he was always very responsive to any issues I had, making sure they were quickly dealt with. A massive difference from other agencies I’ve had to work with as a tenant in the past.<br><br>Nasim also helped to quickly get me rehoused after an issue in another flat I had been renting, finding me an available property within a day of being told I’d have to move out. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you’re looking for professional, responsive, and friendly letting agents.

17th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Outstanding service from Charlotte Micallef and the entire Beresfords Upminster team!<br><br>I honestly cannot recommend Charlotte Micallef and her team at Beresfords Upminster highly enough. Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but Charlotte went so far above and beyond for myself and my family that I genuinely felt like she cared about us, not just about selling a property.<br><br>We found a house we really wanted, which meant we needed to get our own property on the market as quickly as possible. Charlotte absolutely delivered. She was working at 11pm and was back in at 6am, making sure everything was sorted so that our property could be ready to go on the market the very next day. That level of commitment and work ethic is exceptional.<br><br>Charlotte works incredibly hard and is a true asset to Beresfords. What also really stood out was how highly she spoke of her team and having dealt with them, I can completely understand why.<br><br>Josh in particular was fantastic. He worked incredibly hard, and it was clear to see how well Charlotte and Josh work together as a team. The other members of staff were also brilliant, keeping us in constant communication, providing feedback promptly and making sure we always knew what was happening. The whole team worked together brilliantly.<br><br>I actually chose Beresfords because of Charlotte. She spoke so highly of Beresfords and her team, and it was genuinely refreshing to hear someone speak with that much pride and belief in the company they work for. But, as we all know, when choosing an estate agent, you ultimately choose the person, not just the company and I chose Beresfords because of Charlotte Micallef.<br><br>If you are looking to sell your house in Upminster or, to be honest, anywhere call Charlotte Micallef. She is absolutely amazing, she gets the job done, she genuinely cares, and she has a fantastic team around her.<br><br>It is very easy to see why Beresfords are regarded as number one in Upminster and across Essex. Charlotte, Josh and the whole team were outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>Thank you, Charlotte and the entire Beresfords Upminster team. You were brilliant!

3rd Sep 2026 (25 days ago)As a newcomer to the UK it can be overwhelming on how to purchase a home when the process is so different from what I am used to. Luckily it felt like we found a good agent to help us along the way; Florence from Chestertons.<br><br>While it is an odd process to deal with a sell side agent directly, I never felt there was any conflict of interest - she was fair and straightforward. Florence was also available to field questions I had thru the process which eased our anxieties.<br><br>I maintain that the whole process here is strange and I would suggest to folks that you should really agonize over the survey (this is my main regret as we have had many things pop up since owning our home despite getting the highest level survey completed) but the help I got from Florence/Chestertons made the purchasing process specifically much less of a stressful situation than I had been warned to expect here in the UK.
11th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Exceptional Service from Highcastle Estates – Especially Nabeel, Yuri & Zaid.<br><br>Selling our home has been one of the most stressful experiences of our lives. With a young family, we never anticipated that a relatively short chain would turn into an exhausting nine-month ordeal. We had two buyers pull out, and just when we thought things couldn’t get worse, our final buyer played endless games, leaving us feeling completely drained right up until exchange.<br><br>Through it all, Nabeel remained an absolute rock—professional, calm, and, most importantly, communicative. He kept us updated at every stage, going above and beyond to ensure everything moved forward. There were times when he even took it upon himself to speak with our onward purchase vendors—something he didn’t have to do, but he genuinely cared about getting the deal over the line for us. Even on his days off, he would still take our calls, always providing a personable and reassuring service. By the end of the process, he genuinely felt more like a friend than just our estate agent.<br><br>I must also mention that we were not on a sole agency agreement. We had another very well-known estate agent in the area marketing our property alongside Highcastle Estates, and I can confidently say there was no comparison. Highcastle Estates were leagues ahead in terms of communication, dedication, and results.<br><br>The past nine months have been a gruelling process, but I cannot imagine going through it with anyone else. Trust the Google reviews—go with Highcastle Estates. You will not regret it!

Jessica was extremely helpful throughout the process, from agreeing the purchase through to completion, and was always available to answer any questions I had.<br><br>Fern was also fantastic in progressing the sale and keeping everything moving along. Her communication and support throughout the process were greatly appreciated and helped make everything as smooth and straightforward as possible.<br><br>Both Jessica and Fern were friendly, professional and approachable, and I always felt well supported throughout my purchase.
