The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.

13th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I booked a viewing with this estate agent and nobody turned up at the agreed time. After taking time out of my day to attend, I received no prior notice, apology, or explanation. When I contacted the office, rather than dealing with the issue professionally, staff appeared to respond with sarcasm, which only added to my frustration. The communication was poor, the service was unprofessional, and there seemed to be little regard for my time or the inconvenience caused. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not a level of customer service I would expect from an estate agent.

She was attentive, accommodating, and always friendly and professional. She made the start of our tenancy smooth and stress-free, and she also took the time to provide us with lots of useful information about the flat and the local area. We really appreciated her support and couldn't recommend both Newington Estate Agency and Fabiana more highly.

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people.
