13th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!<br>From the very beginning, this agency proved to be rude and unprofessional in every interaction. Simple requests took days to get even a basic response, which set the tone for the entire experience.<br>At check-in, the apartment was in horrendous condition, nowhere near what was advertised. What followed was weeks of back-and-forth just to get them to replace broken and dirty supplies that should never have been an issue in the first place.<br>Once our stay ended, the deposit return process turned into an absolute nightmare. We waited days for replies, and when we finally got them, different agents contradicted each other and gave us conflicting information. On top of that, they deducted cleaning fees from our deposit without ever providing an invoice to justify the charge.<br>Overall, an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience from check-in to check-out. I would strongly advise against booking through this agency — the lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency made what should have been a simple stay into a prolonged ordeal.

They were always approachable, kept us updated, chased things when needed, and were proactive in helping to overcome the many challenges we faced. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their dedication and persistence played a huge part in getting the purchase over the line.<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, but having a team that genuinely cares and works tirelessly on your behalf makes all the difference. From the first viewing, he knew all the answers to our questions, and once we agreed to rent the property, he worked super quickly to get us in within a week. Once in, he has been extremely responsive to any questions or issues we’ve had, sorting some maintenance issues while we were away, and nothing feels like too much trouble. It’s honestly been such a refreshing experience! Would 100% recommend Anthony, it couldn’t have gone any better ??????

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, Dominic is always my first point of contact, and he is consistently courteous, helpful, and efficient.<br>He always takes the time to listen, arrange the right contractor, and make sure issues are dealt with as smoothly as possible. Whether it’s arranging a plumber, locksmith, or other maintenance support, Dominic is reliable and communicates clearly throughout the process.<br>It’s reassuring to have someone so professional and approachable handling these matters. 26th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)After an extremely poor experience with another local agent, we remarketed with Loft. I'd been hesitant to start marketing my flat with a newer agency as I thought an established, big high street name would be better - how wrong I was. The difference in quality was enormous: the photography, general communication and market advice provided by Loft all proved to be excellent, and dealing with Ollie was genuinely pleasant. Instead of juggling email threads like I was with the previous estate agency, here most communication was centralised via WhatsApp and I could see the booked viewings/history if I wanted to via a login. My only regret is that I didn't have them handle the initial marketing, as they worked so much harder and were much better value.
