The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.

She was incredibly helpful from start to finish — always available to answer our many questions, took every call with patience, and even went out of her way to arrange access for our decorator. She was instrumental in helping the transaction move forward quickly and smoothly, and her support made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

It was a protracted process due to unexpected hurdles along the way, but Issam was always on the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

Prior to the sale the house had been let by the letting line who were also always very professional. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to sell or rent their property.

9th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)Avoid at all costs Parked in their staff carpark 20 mins before closing on a saturday anfternoon and my car was keyed on camera by thier lettings consultant Thomas Cavanagh. Was payed for in full but left me without a car while being repaired. If this is what they’re willing to do to customers cars I wouldn’t be surprised if they do the same with their rentals or sales. Happy to provide videos if need be Avoid at all costs

However this buyer was not vetted thoroughly and the sale fell through. The agents were eager to sell the property and were listening to my feedback, but we're unable to follow through with a sale with this agent.

19th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I run a global real estate and investor services firm; in the UK I was recommended to try Foxton’s after failing to achieve results with other big names. My case was handled by Rory Briers. To me, Foxton’s reputation, that preceded my dealings with them, was revealed in full by this realtor. Rory worked so hard, well beyond his mandate, to get results. I have never seen this”over and above” the call of duty performance while dealing with other realtors. Based on this encounter and other deeper observations, I have directed managers in my firm to explore dealing exclusively with Foxtons for our UK business.- 2nd Mar 2026 (26 days ago)I can highly recommend Foxtons Twickenham branch. After a sale with another agent fell through, Foxtons was able to secure a new buyer quickly for my freehold property in Richmond. Francis Wilson managed the sale after the offer was agreed and did so with great expertise and dedication. Complicated by the fact that I live in the Netherlands and my solicitor struggled with this sale, Francis kept stepping up, keeping things moving. Five deserved stars!

When we first met, he promised he would find a buyer for my property — a former council home — and he delivered. I moved to Oaks after my previous agent failed to secure a single viewing in six weeks. Oaks arranged viewings every week. Communication was excellent throughout. They set up a WhatsApp group with me and my partner, which made everything quick, clear, and professional. The team also worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale progressed smoothly right to the end, making sure no communication was missed between the legal teams and that everything stayed on track. I would highly recommend Oaks Tulse Hill.
