They made the process of buying my flat seamless, their communication was excellent, they were super proactive in chasing things on my behalf and really just took a lot of the stress out of what is a very stressful experience. Particular shout out to Angharad, who absolutely kept me sane and was amazing in translating my solicitor's 'legal speak' into something I could understand. She was reassuring, kept in contact and took a really human approach; I knew I could call or email her with any question, big or small. Overall, I would completely and absolutely recommend Robinson Jackson as an estate agent. I was delighted with the service I received from them.

From the first viewings to guiding me through the purchasing process has been smooth and Karen gave me every confidence that she was in control with regular communication and her experience really helped. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

We were new to the UK and were having great difficulty getting anyone at agencies across the city to speak with us. Ben accepted us as walk-ins and allowed us to see several units. Ben was very communicative and worked hard to get our offers in front of prospective landlords.<br><br>Ben left such a great impression on us and were thankful for the hard work he put forth on our behalf.

My husband & i were looking for a flat & were ready to move the soonest possible. Carolina was so kind to offer us what was available that best suited our funds & needs. Pannay was also prompt to usher & guide through the flat viewing, he also was quick to give us updates from the landlord which was on our favor. Whilst in the process of submitting our documents, we had a family health emergency. This caused us to withdraw our offer as we needed to prioritize our family’s safety. Pannay was so sympathetic & had given us time to sort things out, however we opted not to push through still. All of the agents who assisted us were utmost kind & understanding of our situation. They kept us reassured all throughout the process & also had refunded us our holding deposit. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, Dominic is always my first point of contact, and he is consistently courteous, helpful, and efficient.<br>He always takes the time to listen, arrange the right contractor, and make sure issues are dealt with as smoothly as possible. Whether it’s arranging a plumber, locksmith, or other maintenance support, Dominic is reliable and communicates clearly throughout the process.<br>It’s reassuring to have someone so professional and approachable handling these matters.
