Even in what was clearly an unpleasant and challenging circumstance, they both went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they continue to support me, but they also showed remarkable patience in dealing with my concerns and questions.Their respectful attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for my situation made a real difference during a stressful time. It was clear that they truly had my best interests at heart and were committed to helping in every way possible. Tyrese and Megan were outstanding, and I’m very grateful for the effort and dedication they showed. Their support did not go unnoticed.

16th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Throughout the purchase of our flat, Soraya J's help was invaluable. From the first viewing she was proactive, very helpful and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. We hit various issues - some small others potentially serious - during the course of the purchase but her ability to bring parties together to get answers and find information quickly which otherwise would have been really difficult was outstanding. Very highly recommended indeed. We couldn't have been in better hands.

Both Sukh Uppal and David Baah are very professional and are quick to respond to my queries and requests. They led the process with minimal involvement required from myself but kept me informed throughout. When it came to decisions, they provided their honest opinions and suggested options according to my circumstance. They are easy to work with and I would recommend them. ***** Update ***** I’ve been with this team for a couple of years now and I’m really happy with their service. Everyone is easy to deal with and always ready to help. I’d especially like to thank Lauryn Peacock for her support with a recent maintenance issue. She spotted the problem early, found the right contractors, coordinated everything smoothly with the tenants, and made sure the repairs were properly completed. She was a pleasure to work with throughout and really stayed on top of things.

I met Soraya, who is a very sweet and kind lady, and within six days I had the keys to our first rental. They were very professional and super quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend them!

Particularly, Dana and Anna have been very helpful and had an effective communication. Me, my friend and my cousin had dealt three properties and we have had the same brilliant experience. 19th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)My husband and I bought a house through Charles David Casson a couple years back and they were the worst part of the process. Their communication was poor from start to finish. They recommended the worst solicitors, DO NOT go for the solicitor they recommend. They failed to adequately arrange viewings and made the process HELL. At several points I had to request their manager to intervene, who was equally useless. If you enjoy stress and headache, you can go for them. If the seller had not been so lovely and accommodating, we would not have got this sale over the line. We literally did all the work whilst they twiddled their thumbs and wasted our time. After the sale went through, they’ve been harassing me periodically to give a valuation of the house- in case I want to sell. Haunting me even to this day.

We were always updated with emails on the progress, given good advice on the decorations. Everything were handled professionally, even going the extra miles. The finding tenants process was also very smooth and well communicated. Thank you both. I would definitely recommend the service!

16th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Transition from Dubai to London was very stressful and had no to limited idea about rentals in London however after contacting several people and agents we found Allen Goldstein and met Lui . Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

It is a real contrast to other agencies I have used who seem to put the property on their website and sit and wait for enquiries to come, offering little feedback or insight into viewers or the local market.
