Communication throughout the process was consistent with regular updates and guidance throughout the time they were marketing my property. Thank you Karen for being such an amazing support to me during what was a stressful time. We got there in the end!
23rd May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

Sienna and Jacob showed prospective buys around and both were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Jacob kept in touch regularly with updates when we had a buyer and was very easy to work with. I appreciate all the work that was put into getting the sale across the line and I would highly recommend Langford Russell if considering putting your property on the market.
1st Jun 2026 (28 days ago)My agent, Jakub, earned my confidence early in our working relationship by telling my what first time buyers were looking for in a property and being honest with me and telling me my property was not an ideal fit. Instead, I should be aiming for a cash buyer who would in all likelihood refurbish the property throughout. Sure, enough the eventual buyer was a small property company. Jakub acted as an intermediary between myself and the buyer assuring me that the protracted conveyancing process was out both our hands. This was especially important when at times I felt like throwing in the towel. Overall, a fantastic job by Jakub in selecting my target audience and helping me through those down days during the conveyancing process.

Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

She is very personable and great at communicating and has always offered me a wide range of properties to review. I think Adam Hayes are by far the best agents in the Finchley area and I would highly recommend consulting with them for anything property related.
20th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I cannot recommend Devenports Twickenham based on my recent experience as a buyer.<br><br>After my offer was accepted, I spent several thousand pounds on surveys, legal fees and mortgage arrangements, only to discover that important questions regarding approvals, leasehold documentation, title matters and other property issues remained unresolved.<br><br>What I found most frustrating was being pressured to make decisions and revise my offer before those enquiries had been properly answered. As a buyer, I felt I was being asked to accept unknown risks without being given the information needed to make an informed decision.<br><br>In my view, sellers should have key legal documentation available before marketing a property, and agents should take reasonable steps to verify important information before putting it up for sale. Had this happened, I could have made an informed decision much earlier and avoided significant wasted time, stress and expense.<br><br>The agency wasn’t helpful at all to me as a first-time buyer. They seemed far more keen to pressure me into completing the transaction without proper due diligence and without key questions being answered.<br><br>I was probably saved from making a very expensive mistake, but only after considerable financial and emotional cost. Therefore, I would not recommend this agency, which I found to be unprofessional throughout the transaction.
