16th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Put in an offer which was accepted then received an email stating that purchase fell through. Lied and stated that it had been discussed on the phone which it had not. Dealt with us like we were buying a pair of shoes not a house! Hope to never deal with Louise ever again. Written an email to the area manager because the handling of the whole thing has been an utter disgrace. Constantly sounded frustrated that our house wasn’t selling quick enough - look at the state of the economy - houses aren’t exactly selling in a week! Anyway, if I do ever have to buy a house through Acorn, will be specifying who I do NOT want to deal with. Nonsense behaviour

Howard has a keen understanding of the London market and offered insight and advice about how to best market our home. In a tough sellers market, he found us motivated buyers quickly. He also helped us navigate the selling process in an efficient manner so we could minimize our time to closing the sale. On a personal note, Howard has a great sense of humor and offers a no pressure approach to buying and selling real estate. We can’t recommend him enough!

She has been dealing with a particularly problematic tenant and has kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication throughout.<br><br>More recently, I received a court summons from the council relating to charges that should have been paid by the tenant. Aggie immediately took ownership of the matter, liaising directly with the council and providing all the necessary documentation to resolve the issue. Thanks to her prompt action and diligence, we did not have to attend court.<br><br>She also contacted the energy company on my behalf and ensured that my details were removed from the account, as the tenant was responsible for the utility bills. This saved me a significant amount of time and stress.<br>Aggie is professional, proactive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>Her dedication and attention to detail have given me complete confidence that my property is being managed effectively. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional property manager.

They consistently generated viewings when other agents struggled to bring prospective tenants through the door, and they never lost momentum.<br>Most importantly, they found the perfect tenant for our home, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind as we relocated overseas.<br><br>Thank you both for your hard work, commitment and excellent communication throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hamptons—particularly to anyone looking to let a high-value property. You'll be in excellent hands.

You managed to find us the perfect buyer , a great price and exchange and complete in less than 4 months . The whole process was quick, efficient and basically seamless. The marketing of the property was spot on and very professional. The communication throughout the process was excellent. Having bought and sold numerous times previously that certainly is not always the case . We would highly recommend your company to anyone looking to sell . As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

They were very good for keeping you up to date with every change or new challenge to sort out ! They are deffinatly really on the ball, and I would absolutely recommend them.
17th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)No one turned up and I didnt even get a call, when I phoned the office before 6pm a message said the offices is closed when your closing time is 6:30pm, please dont try to contact me now as I would never instruct a company like this- 21st Jul 2026 (24 days ago)We had Godefroy as our estate agent who was honestly great from start to finish, he was patient with us showing us multiple apartments on Saturdays for months, then after some time he gave us a call to let us know there’s an apartment he thought we’d really like and we did. The process of the purchase was longer than expected but that had nothing to do with Godefroy, if anything it would’ve taken a lot longer if it wasn’t for him being as proactive as he was. He always picked up when we rang, was always chasing both sides, immediately would follow up on emails. I am fully convinced if it wasn’t for Godefroy going back and forward with them the solicitors would’ve taken much longer than they already did. Would recommend, especially Godefroy.

Anzal and Rumel have been especially helpful. Anzal in particular took us around our first viewing, was very approachable and friendly, was knowledgeable about the sales process, and proactive at setting us up with a potential solicitor and mortgage broker. Rumel was great at keeping us informed during negotiations and was very knowledgeable about sales, mortgages, and buildings overall. I would definitely recommend bookings with this team!

He was always available to answer our questions, kept us updated throughout the process, and made everything feel easy and stress-free.<br><br>His professionalism, communication and dedication really stood out, and thanks to his hard work we found the right property much sooner than we expected.<br><br>Timing was accurate, communication was perfect, good customer care and very legal abiding.
