Some parts of the process were quite complicated, but Arikson was always patient, responsive, and clear in his communication. He communicated quickly and effectively with both the seller’s side and the buyer’s side, helping to keep the process moving forward. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

I'd like to give all the members of the team at Winkworth Surbiton a shout out with Ryan in particular who had assisted us during the whole process. He is a true professional who excels at what he does and is a credit to the company! Every step of the way he was reassuring from showing us around the property, answering questions, displaying knowledge of the area and providing us with updates on the property.

Due to his hard work and determination, we managed to sell our house in a very unstable market, which we are extremely grateful for.
