Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

Jake, Andrew and Lucie were all professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Once I had chosen my new home, after numerous viewings of a selection of good quality properties, Jake was particularly helpful and supportive in the (at times torturous) completion process. I would highly recommend Mortemore Mackay as estate agents and as management agents.

She took the time to really understand what we needed and was very thoughtful in bringing us the best deals and options on the market that suited us, rather than just pushing something generic. She is excellent at managing client relationships, and what made the biggest difference was how personally invested and supportive she was. She connected with us very naturally, showed real empathy, and helped guide us through some stressful moments with patience, reassurance, and professionalism. Working with her felt both efficient and genuinely human, and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.
24th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Terrible experience with this agency. We asked in advance if there was any construction nearby and were told no. Upon arrival, there was major noisy construction preventing us from sleeping and enjoying the terrace. Additionally, several items in the contract were not respected. Once you pay, you hear nothing more. I do not recommend this agency.

They handle all aspects of the tenancy - they've always provided great advice on getting the best rental price, finding new tenants, covering all areas of compliance and ensuring that I comply with my obligations as a landlord. Terri Tristram is my contact there, and she always provides proactive, speedy and helpful advice. I'm very happy to be working with them.
18th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been impressed with Anthony Bacon and all the letting team at Hamptons as they have kept me updated on any issues.<br>Hamptons work well for both parties, being the tenant or the landlord and the communication has been excellent.

Laura contacted me promptly after I put my enquiry in on the property, organised a viewing and coached us through all the admin to secure it. Then Jenancya called to introduce herself with friendly and professional manor and has responded to any questions, queries and problems we have with an understanding manor and continued to pursue our landlord to ensure a resolution.

Of all the agents and agencies I've worked with, Sammi from Marsh&Parsons Chiswick was among the best. Sammi took the time to understand my needs and tastes and showed me lots of properties I considered, and also gave sound advice. While, in the end, another agent showed me the property I ended up renting, I was very grateful to Sammi for how engaged, personable and helpful he was throughout my search. Thanks Sammi!

We were fortunate to be assigned Mariam, she handled everything as if she were renting the home herself, not just facilitating it for us. She guided us at every step of the process with genuine care and professionalism. Even team members who weren’t directly handling our case, like Mikey and Salma, stepped in to offer guidance and support. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience.
