From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

Though only our property manager for the last few months of our tenancy, Saima was the best one we had by far. Professional, punctual and empathetic to the problems we faced renting one of Hamptons properties, Saima made our experience interacting with Hamptons a lot better than previous property managers. So, the 5-star rating goes to Saima!
3rd Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I was disappointed with the level of service from Paul Graham. I understand that flats are difficult to sell. However, on several occasions I had to contact them directly for updates on how things were proceeding, buyer feedback and much more. I believe that if you are paying for a service, I should not have to chase someone which I believe is unfair.

They did a fantastic job selling my flat in Ranelagh Mansions and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were professional, responsive and gave clear, sensible advice from the outset. Communication was excellent and I always felt completely up to date with viewings, feedback and the progress of the sale.<br><br>Most importantly, they worked hard to get the transaction over the line and made what can be a stressful process feel very straightforward.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Chris and Lauren. 12th Aug 2026 (2 days ago)Since Gabriel Farmer has taken over as Head of Lettings, there has been a complete turnaround in customer service, work ethic, accountability and operations. With a much more proactive approach, Gabriel has kept me updated, delivered on what he has promised, and looked out for my interests as a client. The service is now much more in line with what I would expect for fully managed property services, with attention to detail and quality. He has also managed his team effectively, with everyone doing their piece and working in a more joined up fashion. He has strong market knowledge whilst still being willing to accommodate and collaborate. I am pleased Gabriel has taken over, the tone from Hamptons is now more professional, positive, polite and I feel trust is being built.

24th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this company.<br><br>I viewed a property that I genuinely liked and told them on the same day that I wanted to move forward. Throughout the process, Sachin gave the impression that the property was effectively available and that my deposit would be accepted.<br><br>After that, I heard absolutely nothing. There was no update, no courtesy call, and not even a message to say the property had been agreed with someone else. I was simply left waiting.<br><br>The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. If circumstances change, that’s understandable, but keeping potential tenants informed is the bare minimum.<br><br>Based on my experience, this company has a lot to improve when it comes to customer service and communication.
