4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. Everything was handled efficiently, from the paperwork to answering all our questions promptly and clearly. Moving house can be stressful, but they made the whole process smooth, organised, and much easier for us. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure everything was sorted properly. We truly appreciated all their support and hard work. Thank you both for making our move-in experience such a positive one we would highly recommend your services to anyone.

Emotional time as selling my late father’s property which was our family home since childhood and they were extremely respectful of this. Excellent communication keeping me informed regularly. 18th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Never go with CKB, they are the worst estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. Upon vacating the property, they tried to take £800 of our deposit, for made up reasons. We then disputed their claims, and it took over 3 months to get all of our money back from the tenancy deposit service. Poorly run, poorly organised and extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! Another example of their unprofessionalism is when somebody came to knock on the door to view the property, no estate agent was there and I let them in and showed them around myself. We also had an extreme mould issue, which ruined my belongings and it took them 3 months to install a dehumidifier into the back wardrobe. I was told the mould was because of my small plant in the property, rather than the structural damage and leaks from the flat from above.

His knowledge and support made everything smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Century 21 to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.
13th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Purchased a property from Rory and Euan. It was an overall great experience, with really strong communication and friendly service from both. Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing multiple times. Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation. He went above and beyond to ensure our timeline was met, and it really was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing our realtor was proactive, knowledgeable, and very importantly, responsive. This was a very positive experience for us and I have no hesitation in recommending Rory if you are looking to buy or sell. Thanks very much to Rory and Euan for all their help.
