13th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I am a landlord using Portico for the first time. I have to say that Portico were streets ahead of the other estate agents I have dealt with in SW London. They were responsive, flexible and had two quality tenants for two flats within 4 days. This is the first time I have achieved, as tenant, a couple rather than 2 sharers. Hats off to Flora and her team.

Jake, Andrew and Lucie were all professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Once I had chosen my new home, after numerous viewings of a selection of good quality properties, Jake was particularly helpful and supportive in the (at times torturous) completion process. I would highly recommend Mortemore Mackay as estate agents and as management agents.

She took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us properties that genuinely matched our needs. She was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout, making the process feel much more straightforward. We’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.
17th May 2024 (1 year ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

6th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)JDW contacted us about a buyer although we hadnt planned to sell imminently. Despite a difficult market JDW were confident and determined to make the sale. After a short negotiation the sale was finalised and contracts exchanged. This was the easiest sale in 30 years.
25th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)We had a really good experience selling our flat with these guys, after a truly terrible one with a much larger chain estate agent in the local area. Communication was really good, Isla looked after us from offer accepted all the way through to completion and we could sit back trusting that she had things under control and was keeping both us and our buyer on track. The key difference compared to our other really poor experience seems to be that this is a small team who ensure one agent works consistently with the same vendors. Thank you!
