Neil and Belinda and the whole team were always available and approachable by phone, email and in person in the office. I cannot recommend enough!

14th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)We’ve had a wonderful experience with Hamptons Muswell Hill, from our initial contact with Evelyn through to moving into our rental home a month ago. Evelyn was brilliant at showing us around the properties, and the signing process was smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Since moving in, our property manager Saima, has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we’ve had about the house or maintenance.<br><br>Everyone we’ve dealt with has been responsive, professional and kind, making the whole experience a real pleasure.<br>We would highly recommend Hamptons Muswell Hill.
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

Made us feel very comfortable and overall top bloke.<br>Clare was helping us move forward once offer was accepted and she was brilliant, kept us constantly in the loop and chasing both solicitors for answers.<br>Overall great experience with Maddison Fox.

He has always replied promptly, taken the time to answer every question thoroughly and gone out of his way to obtain documents and information needed by our solicitors.<br><br>Nothing has ever been too much trouble, despite the many requests made during the legal process. They listen to my needs and concerns when selling a property and made sure everything from pricing to marketing is in line with what I need. I love the fact that they update me very quickly on any viewings so I don't have to chase. Louis from their branch is absolutely amazing! He cares about his clients and gives them an amazing experience. I put my full trust in Louis and Cubitt & West to. If you're looking for an estate agents that are that care about their clients, are quick to update you and provide excellent guidance + transparency then I 100% recommend this branch.

I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.
