Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

Years of experience, incredibly helpful and friendly staff not to mention the best properties on their books! Everyone at Whitmans made the entire process of buying our home very smooth and stress free. 15th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)This is now my 8th year with Maalems estate agents and I have not had a single day without tenants in my flat.<br>It’s such a stress free arrangement for me as I have Maalems manage my flat also, so they resolve all issues when they arise allowing me to concentrate fully on my work without ever having issues to deal with from the tenants.<br><br>Maalems have always selected excellent tenants who take great care of my property and my current tenants are heading into their 4th year with me.<br><br>Leah and her team always manage to get top of the market rent for me whilst their fees percentage is very low….especially for the amazing job they do for me.<br><br>But for me the far more important thing than the rental income they continue to achieve for me is the great relationship I have with them. Always 100% professional but always so personable also. They really do look out for me and have my best interests at the forefront, never once have I felt like just another landlord to them. From the first day I handed Leah the keys I’ve also has an excellent relationship with the whole team, no matter who it is I deal with.<br><br>And I have to mention Magda who is in charge of the day to day on my flat and with whom I have the most contact. She is the greatest trouble shooter and whenever an issue arises with work needing to be done on my flat she always gets it resolved instantly, and prevents any stresses passing down to me.<br>And I must add the tradespeople they use to maintain my property are truly excellent. The work gets done instantly, always to an exceptional standard and the bill is always a lot lower than expected.<br><br>So I couldn’t be happier with Maalems estate agents and I look forward to continuing my relationship with them for many more years

7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

He’s kind, approachable, and always ready to help with any questions or small issues I had. I really appreciated how honest and straightforward he was — no hidden surprises, everything clear from the start. It made finding and moving into my new place so much easier and stress?free. Great service, highly recommended!
11th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)We engaged Martin and Co Crystal palace to help us find a tenant a couple of times in the last 10 years, and to draw up a tenancy agreement for us. They do not manage our property. However they have provided a fantastic service of advice, reminders and updates free of charge throughout this time. I get regular reminders about compliance and support with finding contractors. I also sometimes ask for guidance around market rent or sales. They respond very quickly with an email followed by a phone call and thorough advice is given. i am never made to feel like a nuisance. I would highly highly recommend this estate agent - Thankyou!

He was professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to pick up the phone and talk things through when needed. What really stood out was his communication – he kept me updated at every stage, chased matters when things became delayed and provided calm, sensible advice during what was often a very stressful process.
