Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.

He truly goes above and beyond for his clients.<br>The whole team was fantastic, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did for us throughout the whole process. We had a few setbacks along the way, but we got there in the end.<br>Thank you so much!

6th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Would highly recommend Stanfords after selling our flat with them recently - we mostly dealt with Alex and Sean, and Robyn did an incredible job with the photos.<br><br>We had a number of agents over to value the flat and we chose Stanfords because they are a local, independent agent. Alex did the valuation and was approachable and honest, and gave us confidence that they would do a great job of selling the flat. We also liked his 'to market' approach, which was realistic, like his valuation.<br><br>The flat sold in it's first weekend and Alex and team made sure the sale progressed nicely throughout. They were communicative and always available as the sale progressed, and provided useful advice when our onward purchase plans changed. Thanks for all your help!

He really listened to what we were looking for, understood the vision, and was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. He made the whole process feel much easier and was a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for an estate agent!
7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

Buying a home can be quite stressful, but Stuart made the whole process feel much easier by keeping us updated and being genuinely helpful throughout.<br><br>We’re so grateful for all of his support in helping us find our new flat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. They took over the sale process of my property after being on market with another estate agent in Sidcup for some time. They were highly proactive with viewings and always very pleasant to deal with and courteous. Also strong at communication and keeping me updated and managing our sale through to eventual completion, despite a very long property chain and a few challenges with solicitors. Very happy with the service I received.
