Even though the market is tough in London at the moment, they provided good advice and worked hard to sell my flat. The agent I dealt with, Gemma, was fantastic on all aspects! She was persistent, communicated throughout, negotiated as much as she could, and even got involved with the council and the buyer’s lawyer to move things along. I would recommend her in a heartbeat !

5th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)After months of very frustrating house hunting experiences with numerous estate agents in south London, we viewed and offered on a house listed with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie Dalton was the agent who managed our purchase. Jamie was exceptional from start to completion. He was the most proactive, efficient agent. He helped us navigate a couple of tricky aspects with the sellers with great diplomacy. He supported them in obtaining documents from the council and in responding to our concerns from the survey. He was an excellent communicator who promptly replied to emails and calls and liaised well with our solicitor. He let nothing slip. Jamie was also very pleasant to deal with. Clearly, he has a wealth of experience and skills and was very committed to the process. I highly recommend him and his agency.

8th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
14th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)WARNING to all rental tenants. Beware! This company do not vet their landlords or care for tenants welfare, I’d strongly advise you steer clear. They lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with their own dispute with her, left me to deal with an ugly situation they caused in the first place. The episode caused me untold distress and cost me a fortune. I had to move out just to get away from an unhinged landlord, and Portico didn't step in to help me with any of it. I spoke to the so-called 'manager' about it and all he cared about was grabbing a tidy profit from the situation. Even the staff said the landlord was 'trouble' but i'm the one that took the hit. Bad people, bad company, don't grace them with your custom, save yourself and go elsewhere.

2nd Mar 2026 (27 days ago)Our house sale went through today thanks to the team at Gibbs Gillespie...big shout out for Abraham Oommen, who, as a local man with over 20 years experience as an estate agent, has invaluable knowledge...he handled the sale with humour and courtesy...there was a tear in my eye as I viewed the property for the last time...my parents had lived there over 60 years and I was brought home there as a new born baby in 1947..now the house lives again with another young family...thanks Abraham and Adam for a painless sale.

With no other estate agency would you get such senior members of staff doing the viewings themselves.
