He went above and beyond to quickly answer our questions and ensured a stress free changeover process. 8th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I got in touch with them regarding viewing a house.<br><br>Agent was extremely pushy regarding getting information out of me when I made it clear I would like a viewing first, put me off altogether. Also ignored my clear contact preferences I included in my request.<br><br>I really dislike agressive sales tactics.<br><br>Will update my review if and when I interact with this branch and hopefully will not have to deal with said agent again.<br><br>Please stop the sleazy sales tactics next time it’s so off putting when I just want to interact with someone professional and nice.
18th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Unfortunately I can't recommend Belvoir. After an impressive initial presentation on how they would market my property, communication dropped off sharply once I signed the contract. I had to email them multiple times whenever I wanted an update or needed to chase an action from their end. When I received an offer I considered too low and rejected it, the branch manager rolled her eyes at me - an unacceptable way to treat a client. The due diligence on proof of funds was also poorly handled. I was told funds were available, then that they were in Russia, then that they had been in the UK all along. I'm still not sure whether this was incompetence or a cover-up. From offer acceptance to exchange and completion took six months, and progress only happened when I threatened to pull the sale and move to another agent. I can see that Belvoir has received many positive reviews, and I'm glad others have had good experiences. This has simply not been mine as a vendor. I have no doubt Belvoir will have their own response to this - but it is my honest account.

3rd Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Truly the worst service one could experience from an estate agent. John and Mariem were extremely unreasonable, obstinate and down right rude. Refused to request items from the landlord like removing furniture and allowing keys to be returned early at end of tenancy. Our boiler broke on one of the coldest days in winter and we had to quote the unfit for habitation act before they responded to my requests to send someone to fix.

28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We are so happy we decided to go with Strickland as our estate agents. We recently sold our 2-bed flat as we were looking to find our forever home. From our very first conversation with Terence we instantly could tell that they knew the area inside out and immediately pointed out all the things that made us fall in love with the area and the flat. So many other estate agents that we’d seen didn’t even know the area so it gave us so much confidence that Terence and Jamie would be able to talk to buyers about all the best bits of the location. We also appreciated the honest approach as it really helped us set our expectations about the market. They worked incredibly hard to find the right buyer for our home and handled everything with professionalism and care. They managed to find us a buyer within a week of it being on the market! They then really supported us through surveys, price negotiations and we always felt like they had our backs in those negotiations. Despite their best efforts our first buyer pulled out (no fault of theirs) and they managed to find a new buyer immediately. From offer and right through to completion, the whole team made us feel supported, reassured, and genuinely looked after during what could have been a very stressful time. Jinny was also so on it when making sure the sale went through and she took on the chasing for everyone in the chain!!! We honestly wouldn’t have got it over the line without her persistence and professionalism. Overall we always felt in the loop, and whenever we had questions or concerns, someone was there to answer quickly and honestly. We felt like they cared about us personally, not just about making a sale, as they took the time to understand our situation and always had our best interests at heart. That level of attention and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. We’re so grateful Terence, Jamie and Jinny for helping us get our forever home. We would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

He and James at the Wallington branch didn't add any pressure and made dealing with estate agents a pleasurable experience with no drama or pressure. Mum bought her flat through Andrews almost 30 years ago and I was happy to deal with them on its sale.
