11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 8th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Very happy with the support and help from KFH Chislehurst from the start of our search all the way through to securing our new home. He was super professional, efficient, proactive, ever cheerful, positive and friendly. He found tenants for the flat very quickly at a good rental value and he was always quick to respond to my email, calls and queries. Emilia Minopoli was the agent handling my sale and she was perfect. Super helpful, she worked so hard throughout the sale process, and made sure I was kept informed when things got held up in the chain. She understood how stressful the sale process can be for the seller and handled every question I had with a lovely, friendly and calm manner. I thoroughly recommend KFH and especially Emilia.

Their prices are very reasonable, staff were friendly, and always happy to help. They made everything easy and stress free. Fortunately, a nearby GIBBS office helped me view the property. This was an unbelievable experience, and I would not trust this agent or recommend renting through them.
