11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 9th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Fantastic experience with KFH Highgate, and in particular Rian McLean. He was extremely professional, very clear in his communication, knew when to step in and when to step back when the owner was showing us around. Willing to come in very early to show us a property, even on a Saturday. Straight-talking without any of the usual "fluff" that comes with the industry. Very quick to reply and very helpful. Overall a great experience and I hope he is recognised for all his efforts!

I couldn’t recommend KFH highly enough.<br><br>From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, always kept me in the loop and were so responsive whenever I had a question.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely made the whole process of buying our new home feel so much easier and less stressful. It was clear that they really cared about helping us and getting everything over the line.

James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Thanks to Filiz and Scott at the local Stratford branch of Bairstow Eves, the whole process was made to look so easy. If you have a property to sell in the Stratford area, you need to speak to them first.

25th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

Luke was very helpful, polite and the only agent from any estate agent sending relevant properties. Once we had an offer accepted Nina was crucial in helping to facilitate the swift exchange. She was always on hand to provide updates and played a huge part in negotiations between us and our seller. We would happily recommend Devenports to anyone in the market for their new home.

19th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)My friend and i moved in and moved out of our flat within 3 weeks due to a bed bug and rodent infestation, i would’ve thought that agencies carry out inspections of some sort but clearly not. Not only that but the property wasn't even cleaned and requests that had been ‘done’ were in fact not, landlord and agency couldn't have cared less about providing a maintenance check AT ALLLL to make sure things were in order for our move in, unbelievably disappointing. Once i got in touch with the agency most things were “out of their hands” ?????? 10/10 service truly
