2nd Sep 2026 (7 days ago)I chose Rampton Baseley purely because I clicked with them & everyone was so forthcoming & approachable<br>I tried other local Estate agents & they just wasn't "me".<br>Jack Hargreaves was the agent involved in my sale, he is easy to get on with, kept me updated, even on his time off. Very knowledgeable as well.<br>Even got £5k OVER asking price.<br>TBH everyone at Northcote R&B are great.<br>I would recommend them every time..

31st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Bradley, Bobby and Billy all helped me find and get to completion on a dream flat - Thank you all ?????? Due to complex reevaluation of fire safety regulations there were delays beyond everyone’s control but thanks to them navigating carefully between seller and buyer and always remaining optimistic they helped the process and kept the process as easy as it could possibly be- and even made it a lot less stressful than people say ! Great estate agents - thank you

5th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Stayed at a short stay hosted by this company, they make you pay a £300 deposit outside of the booking app, the booking app states 7 days for this to be returned having chased this they said that their policy is 10 days, upon constant chasing 30+ days later this has still not been returned for various reasons, people on holiday, back logs etc etc, with numerous occasions of people not getting back to me, after an unsatisfactory conversation where I was told they could not give me a timescale and if I had a problem raise it with my bank. I have then left a negative review across popular review sites. They have manged to remove one of these. they have now said that they would not refund the owed deposit until I removed the review from this site, which I did as I need my money back. 5 days later still no refund so I am now posting again, really dissapointed. I have text evidence of this interaction. it is now the 5th August and no refund.

28th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)All communication was very good. Good service from everyone I dealt with. Valuations was an over selling price , but was similar to another agent, so not unrealistic. Perhaps the market was lower than expected.

Outstanding Service from Kings Group Walthamstow<br><br>I honestly cannot recommend Kings Group Walthamstow, and especially Dan, highly enough.<br><br>Selling my parents’ property was an extremely difficult and emotional process, with a number of challenging circumstances along the way. From the very beginning, Dan went above and beyond to support us and guide us through the whole process.<br><br>His communication was absolutely excellent. He kept us informed, was always available when we needed him, and never made us feel like we were being a nuisance, no matter how many questions or concerns we had. When things became particularly difficult, Dan remained calm, professional and incredibly supportive.<br><br>What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. He went far beyond what I would have expected from an estate agent and made a very stressful situation so much easier to manage.<br><br>We are extremely grateful to Dan for everything he did for us. 25th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

29th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Excellent from start to finish would recommend without hesitation.- 8th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had originally signed a lease via Douglas & Gordon which was transferred to Foxtons, and the service was genuinely abominable. While we were not a direct client, we wouldn’t touch Foxtons with a 10 foot pole for any buying/renting needs due to our end of tenancy experience.<br><br>1. Tried to claim that they only had to provide a few hours notice to us for viewings when our contract stated 24 hours (as does the law)<br>2. Would schedule viewings and not inform us when they were cancelled unless we reached out to confirm. Additionally, would organize viewings and then cancel after the scheduled time when we had already vacated the flat for the viewing<br>3. Showed up 20 min early for a viewing when we were eating dinner and also showed up late for viewings (which is understandable with prospective clients but at least let the tenant know)<br>4. Hadn’t heard from Foxtons in almost a week (while keeping the flat ready for showings), so sent an email asking what the state of affairs was. This was not answered so went into the office and was told the flat had been let and was not notified<br>5. After check out, was supposed to be notified if there were any deductions to the deposit. Reached out after a month and Foxtons response was asking if a check out had been done (Foxtons organized it) and suspected it had never been sent to the landlord<br><br>Generally rude and unhelpful - would not recommend across the board.
- 27th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)A little more expensive than other High Street Estate Agents in Ealing but was worth it as they were one of the only few willing to take on multiple owners. This was a complicated 'staircasing' transaction, with Notting Hill Genesis, housing association which I hope never to experience again... Fortunately for us, Andy Hoad was able to secure and keep a buyer for the frustrating six months we had to endure before completion eventually took place. This was largely due to the housing association who were building a substantial 2 year back dated rent as well as collecting 40% from the sale of my late brother's home. It was not in their best interest to move quickly which I find disappointing, given that they are supposed to be helping people get on the housing market not take advantage of a man who had been a good client for them for over 30 years. Andy kept me informed throughout negotiations, (even though I don't live in the country) and was easy to work with, in very frustrating circumstances for all concerned, even kindly providing me with information after the sale, which was very much appreciated. Great service! Thank you, Andy.
