They got it sold for us. Lisa gave us good advice along the way. We had lots of viewings and feedback. I, personally, felt that anytime I needed to speak to any of the team I got an immediate response. Highly recommend these great estate agents ????????????

She put together a clear, well-considered marketing plan (including making a really impressive social media video), carefully assessing the timing based on the property's strengths before working tirelessly to maximise viewings. I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. She’s one of the very best and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a proactive, knowledgeable and dedicated estate agent.

He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns.<br><br>The purchase had a few unexpected twists along the way, so I really appreciated Nick’s support and communication throughout. While Nick was away, Thomas also made sure I was kept updated, so there was always someone available to help.<br><br>Overall, a very positive experience and great communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick and the team.

Omar and premier property lawyers solicitors worked well together and completed the exchange of contracts in little over than 2 months. 21st Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I have been renting from Alan de maid for 5 years now and their property management department has been outstanding in getting resolutions within a acceptable timeframes, landlord respond dependant of course.<br>But I would like to give a special shout-out to Cliodhna Finnegan for her outstanding customer service within this department. Anytime that I've had to raise an issue/fault, the level of professionalism, care, patience, and support has been outstanding from her. She has been very diligent, meticulous, and incredibly organised in dealing with any thing I have raised with her.<br>She has always made sure her communication is clear, efficient, and highly professional. Her regular updates on matter raised has always given me the peace of mind that the issue is being dealt with and confidence that it's in safe hands.<br>I would give her 5 stars for managing customer expectations and taking time/care to investigate and conclude a quick and efficient resolution for any property issues/repairs raised.<br>Thank you so much Cliodhna for all the help and support you have given me with a smile always!

I’m paying for management and no one is contactable in the property management side of the company either. Waste of money as I’ve ended up managing the property myself.

30th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We entered into what was presented to us as a stable long-term tenancy through Foxtons, with clear wording in the agreement indicating that rent increases would be considered upon renewal of the term. Based on those representations, we committed to a three?year tenancy in good faith.<br><br>The reality of the tenancy experience, however, has been very different.<br><br>Since moving into the property, we have experienced numerous issues including prolonged periods without hot water, ongoing electrical problems, persistent noise disturbance from a neighbouring gym facility, recurring odour issues associated with the nearby waste facility, and various additional defects and maintenance concerns affecting quiet enjoyment of the property. Many of these issues were formally documented and raised during the tenancy.<br><br>Despite this, after only around one year of occupation, Foxtons approached us with a significant rent increase under the new legislative framework, while simultaneously relying on “market comparisons” with other properties that bear little resemblance to the actual condition and experience of this particular flat beyond sharing the same postcode.<br><br>What has been most disappointing is not simply the proposed increase itself, but the approach taken throughout the process. On the one hand, Foxtons stated they could not comment on the condition or maintenance history of the property because they do not manage it. On the other hand, they appeared entirely comfortable using broad market comparisons to justify increasing the rent of the very same property. That contradiction speaks for itself.<br><br>We were also particularly surprised to see ordinary preparatory works such as replacing worn furniture and repainting walls being presented as though they were substantial upgrades justifying increased value, despite those works appearing to be basic steps required to make a heavily worn property reasonably lettable after many years of occupation by previous tenants.<br><br>Communication throughout has remained polite and carefully worded, but there is a noticeable difference between being professionally polite and acting with genuine transparency, fairness, and accountability toward tenants.<br><br>Overall, our experience has left us with the impression that maintaining long?term trust and good tenant relationships was treated as secondary to maximising rent at the earliest available legal opportunity.<br><br>We would strongly encourage future tenants to carry out extremely thorough due diligence, ask detailed questions about the condition and history of any property, and ensure that all important representations are confirmed clearly in writing before entering into long?term agreements.- 23rd Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Great service from Muhja. Having Freddie and Alex use their extensive experience and advice we were able to achieve a price, settlement and completion without it being a stressful or difficult process.
