21st Jul 2026 (5 days ago)5/5.<br>Had a great experience with Kyp Kyprianou, who was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>Communication was quick and clear, he was approachable and honest about any drawbacks, and he made the whole renting process straightforward. He was very accommodating, answered all our questions, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the right place. Highly recommended.
20th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)I would strongly advise against renting through Foxtons South Kensington.<br><br>I moved into a property that was in an unacceptable condition, with mould, insect infestations, and broken furniture. I had to replace furniture at my own expense shortly after moving in and was never compensated.<br><br>When I needed to leave my tenancy, I found replacement tenants myself, yet the process was repeatedly delayed due to poor communication and conflicting information from the agency, resulting in unnecessary stress and financial loss.<br><br>It has now been three weeks since my tenancy ended, and I am still waiting for the return of my overpaid rent and tenancy deposit. Despite numerous emails and follow-ups, these outstanding payments have still not been resolved.<br><br>From start to finish, this tenancy was handled with a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Tenants should not have to chase an agency for months to resolve issues or recover money they are owed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Foxtons South Kensington to anyone looking to rent in London.

I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

Her persistence and professionalism made a real difference in getting the purchase over the line. We'd highly recommend Ellie and the team at Jackson-Stops.

4th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Just finalise my purchase , and thanks to Sonia , who was amazing professional and very transparent with us since the very beginning.<br>As the buying process went along , she was very good with communication , she always answered my emails and calls really fast , from the beginning to the very stressful end , she kept us calm and didn’t let us give up from our dream property , untill the completion day she done everything she could to keep us believing that the end would be worth. And she was very right.<br><br>Also had a pleasure to meet the manager Laura who was equal amazing and helpful , helped me to see through when things wasn’t going very well . Unfortunately she left short after and from that point everytime Sonia was away we didnt have anyone to help we didn’t feel supported by anyone in the branch . I would call the branch 10 times and nobody picks it up . . And when they did, they promised to get back to me but they never did .<br><br>Again Sonia make our dream come true , and we are glad we hear her from beginning to end to the end .<br>Thank you Sonia ??????????????????????????????- 26th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)I had my property listed with Foxtons, Imani Marshall, Shareen Hatami, Rebecca Moloney and Sally Murdock were the agents I had been working with. All of their replies had been really slow and generally incredibly poor customer service.<br><br>I have one particular issue to note which really shocked me, and I will never use their services again.<br><br>Rebecca Moloney was showing a prospective buyer around my property, after the buyer left Rebecca went back inside to "lock up", I've confirmed this from the Ring doorbell camera. My camera in the hallway showed Rebecca going into the toilet, which is fine, when you have to go, you have to go.<br><br>What isn't fine however is leaving a tree branched size turd in the bowl, so big it was coming up out of the water, and feces covered toilet paper left on the floor.<br><br>I am disgusted and gobsmacked.

The staff at the Sydenham branch have always been very helpful. Harrison White was our main contact through the process of selling our flat in Penge. Harrison has been a great support and continuosly kept us informed throughout the selling process. We have benefittet from his expertise, and it has been very reassuring and a delight to have had him as our selling agent. Harrison has recently moved to the Peckham branch.<br>Charles and Elin

Shannon listened to what we were looking for and showed us two amazing apartments, one of which was perfect and is now our home.<br><br>Once the offer was accepted I thought that would be it, but Shannon stayed in touch throughout, checking all was on track, chasing up answers and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Shannon if you're looking for a home or investment property. She's amiable, professional, quick to respond and just SO good at her job! Thank you, Shannon.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.
