I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

We knew where both sides stood the full time. Albeit a painfully slow purchase (due to conveyancer-based circumstances, outside of Curchods control), Ruby remained helpful throughout.
2nd Sep 2026 (7 days ago)I honestly couldn’t recommend Moreland, and especially Vas, highly enough. From the very beginning, Vas has been incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process of finding my new flat. Communication has been excellent, and he has always kept me updated and responded quickly whenever I needed clarification on anything.<br><br>Moving to London is a really big step for me and Vas made the entire experience feel so much easier and less overwhelming. He was always approachable and happy to answer my many, MANY questions, no matter how small, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or like I was being a nuisance.<br><br>Thank you so much, Vas, for all your help, patience, and kindness throughout the process. You’ve genuinely gone above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate everything you’ve done! ??????<br><br>Would 100% recommend Vas and Moreland to anyone looking to rent in the area! Contacted them 2 weeks ago about a property, Jack Wackett got my details and told me that they were waiting to hear from the current tenants to arrange viewings and that they would let me know. Kept trying to contact them for a week with noboy answering my emails or my calls. Finally got through today and was informed that viewings took place and an offer was put forward. This guy are showing how they don't care about their tenants even before they sign their contract.
29th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.
22nd Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We recently let our property through Goodfellows CB branch and had a really smooth experience.<br><br>Big thanks to David and Robbie. David knew the local market really well, and his pricing recommendation turned out to be spot on. He was also good at listening to what we needed as landlords and adjusting his approach accordingly, rather than just pushing a one size fits all strategy. Robbie handled the viewings brilliantly, she was confident with prospective tenants and clearly knew how to sell the property’s strengths. Both of them clearly worked with a strategy rather than just going through the motions.<br><br>They were upfront and realistic from the start, and it paid off, the house let quickly, faster than we expected. Photography, viewings, inventory- everything was sorted without any hassle and well above our expectations.<br><br>Thanks again to David, Robbie and the team, I would happily recommend them to landlords.

18th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Very disappointing start to the tenancy<br><br>I’ve been in the property for less than a month and have already had a very disappointing experience with the way repairs are being handled.<br><br>The kitchen tap has now been broken for over two weeks. Every time I use it, it floods water across the kitchen worktop, and the tap becomes extremely hot. I’ve actually been burning my hand having to push it down, even when using a tea towel.<br><br>A plumber has already attended and told me that it was a quick job and that they were happy to repair it there and then. However, they were unable to do so without approval. That was over two weeks ago, and I am still waiting for the repair to be authorised and completed.<br><br>I have emailed and called numerous times to chase this, yet I have received little to no communication or meaningful update. For something that presents both a potential water-damage issue and a genuine health and safety concern, I would expect it to be dealt with far more promptly.<br><br>Not a great start to the tenancy, and I would have expected much better communication and a more proactive approach to dealing with what should be a relatively straightforward repair.<br><br>*UPDATE finally got through on the phone, only to be told that my property manager had left and no one thought to tell me this after two weeks? I was then also told by Victoria that no quote had even been received, so Vijay, the property manager, clearly lied to me when he told me a quote had been received. Victoria was also rude and spoke to me abruptly. Anyone would think it was her that was affected, not me, the paying tenant. I have now been left chasing this for weeks with conflicting information and no proper communication. If this still isn’t resolved, I will be contacting the landlord directly, as advised by Shelter.

Linda the lady who was our 1st experience with the company was lovely not pushy and gave us a realistic valuation on our property. The sale went as smoothly as it could and within our expected time frame. When an issue came up on our side of the sale they were very patient with us which I appreciated. Fiona and Michelle are the ladies that I had all my contact with and nothing was any trouble for them! They kept me well updated and was in regular contact. I would 100% recommend The Address to anyone I know selling their home! Thank you so much for making the sale of our home go as well as it could!- 12th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Charles Ball and Greg Nickson were both absolutely fantastic. We had a buyer drop out at a late stage and they had it re-listed and under offer again almost immediately. I found them very responsive and open to all manner of queries. The volume of viewings we had was also very good and we received regular feedback from those viewings. Would highly recommend them both. I think the higher fee is warranted for the service they provide.

Shannon listened to what we were looking for and showed us two amazing apartments, one of which was perfect and is now our home.<br><br>Once the offer was accepted I thought that would be it, but Shannon stayed in touch throughout, checking all was on track, chasing up answers and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Shannon if you're looking for a home or investment property. She's amiable, professional, quick to respond and just SO good at her job! Thank you, Shannon.

He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional.
