As first-time buyers, this was all new to us, but Mesut has been so friendly and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He has always been quick to respond to emails and answer any questions we’ve had, making everything feel much less overwhelming.<br><br>He was able to find us the best rates and always took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we understood each step. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend Mesut to anyone, especially first-time buyers looking for someone they can trust.

From my first conversation with Chris, through to follow up with Phoebe, to check-ins with other members of the team, I have felt reassured by their calmness and professionalism. Accommodating requests to let in tradespeople, chasing up with my buyer, it has all felt so easy. And all without compromising the value of the property either. They are worth every penny of their %. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about providing the best possible service. When my property manager changed, I immediately realised what a difference Sumaiya had made. I specifically requested to have her back because of the outstanding job she does, and I’m so glad I did. She consistently goes above and beyond, keeps me informed every step of the way, and handles everything efficiently, giving me complete peace of mind.<br><br>It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Sumaiya is a real credit to the team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager they can truly trust. (1 Star)<br><br>This has been the worst letting agency experience I have ever had.<br><br>Throughout my tenancy I experienced poor communication, delays in dealing with issues, and a lack of professionalism. After moving out, my deposit remained unresolved for several months, causing significant stress and financial hardship while I was trying to secure new accommodation.<br><br>A dispute was raised through TDS, and despite being given ample time to provide evidence, the matter had to proceed through the formal dispute process. The handling of the situation left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency based on my personal experience. Tenants should make sure they keep detailed records of all communications, photographs, and documents throughout their tenancy.<br><br>This review reflects my genuine experience as a tenant.

I think they all work very hard and I like the fact it is independent and a family run business who knows the local area inside out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Address from my overall experience.
11th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)This is my first time working with Foxtons. From beginning to end (nearly) they have been so helpful. Antony jumped straight on the phone with us chatted about what we wanted, who we were, really cared from the beginning. Instantly asked to make a group chat with me and my partner so that we could figure it all out together. We sent one over we saw on foxtons and immediately he said let’s go and see. This flat however didn’t fit what we were looking for. The next morning bright and early he messaged us saying a new listing has come up. We got a viewing within the hour with the help of the lovely tenants. He sent me over the form to fill out so that it would be ready to send if this was something I wanted to proceed with. So happily it was and within the hour his manager called me to confirm a few things. Another hour passed and we had everything to fill out. Antony helped us get a flat within a few days. If you’ve rented in the London market you know how impossible that is. I would say there was a bit of luck behind it as well but truly I have never worked with someone who cared so much about being proactive. Foxtons is great even when Antony was off I called the office, (happened to call the wrong location) but they still offered me great advice and were willing to.
16th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I can't thank Mandy enough; throughout the whole process as Sales Progressor she has been approachable, contactable, friendly and supportive whilst still remaining professional during the stressful process of buying/selling.<br>Mandy always went the extra mile to ensure everything progressed well and she has made all the difference!<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Mandy and the rest of the Chalk Street Team to family and friends when buying/selling a property - they're a fantastic estate agent with a great team!

He was very professional and was always checking to find a suitable house for us, though we didn't end up getting one from him, but his customer service skills are impeccable.
- 4th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Renting through Foxtons was one of the most frustrating experiences we've had with an agency.<br><br>The core problem: there is no consistency of contact. Every time we dealt with them, it was a different person, and information clearly wasn't being passed along properly between colleagues. We'd complete a step, only to be asked to repeat it weeks later because whoever picked up the case next hadn't been briefed.<br><br>This became especially bad when it came to getting our deposit back. Despite providing bank details early on and having them explicitly acknowledged in writing, we were later told the information had never been received. We were then asked multiple times, by multiple different people, to reconfirm consent and details that had already been submitted and confirmed. This dragged the deposit return out for weeks past the legal timeframe, causing us real financial stress since we'd already moved and needed those funds to cover our new rent. Throughout all of this, our landlord had done everything required on her end promptly and had no issues to raise — the delay was entirely on Foxtons' side. In fact, our landlord was so unhappy with the service that she said she'd stop working with them altogether.<br><br>We also received incorrect information upfront about payment terms, which didn't match what we were later told was actually the arrangement.<br><br>We were warned by others beforehand not to use Foxtons. We didn't listen. We should have.
