They were flexible, understanding and went out of their way to enable me to bring forward the move in date as I needed due to my circumstances. Chiara even checked in on us long after we’d move to ensure we were happy. Thank you to both.

I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend to anyone considering selling via Auction!

5th May 2026 (19 days ago)I would never work with this team as someone looking for a home. Last week I contacted them on Wednesday, asking to view 6 different properties. The lady on the phone didn’t really seem like she had the time of day for me, from the get-go. Nonetheless, she asks me this laundry list of questions and tells me someone will get back to me after lunch. After lunch, no contact. Okay, I thought. So I phone them back on Thursday and there is ‘no trace’ of my request for bookings and the new woman on the phone is speaking to me like a schizophrenic. It’s getting weird. This new woman tells me the same thing, she will phone back and get the viewings locked in. Nothing. I then phone for the final time today - worst case scenario - they have no idea who I am. Okay, forget it, hang up. Don’t deal with them.

I had previously worked with a different estate agents and gave up with them. So I decided to sell my home through Dixons (as I initially purchased that same property through them). I was a little concerned to begin with as it was one of the more expensive quotes but looking back at the journey, it was money well spent! They were always so lovely when I called or was concerned around something. I was out of the country for a couple of weeks at one point and said I would be out of contact until X date and they called me without prompting when I got back to give me an update and let me know how everything went. It was a great experience as they owned pretty much everything in the journey so I could get on with other things in my life! Thank you all again!

They were always one step ahead, keeping me informed and supported at every stage. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet approachable at the same time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent! Julia May has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout this stressful process as we had very lazy solicitors if it wasn't for her things would have been much worse. An absolute asset to prime estates.
