Within days we had a host of interested buyers and ended up with an agreed sale above the asking price.<br><br>We bought our house 30 years ago from John Payne. Good to know that they are still the Best Estate Agent in Greenwich.

He instantly knew what we were looking for and brilliantly navigated a quick connection with the landlords, and made us feel so heard and comfortable throughout the process. Have had a much better experience here than other estate agents in the area - would highly recommend. Thanks Tom - we can't wait to move in! Clare and Emmanuel
27th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

As international tenants working on a tight timeline, he made everything much less stressful and was always responsive, patient, and transparent with us. I brought my current home from Mann over 20 years ago and I was also impressed with the lady who was handling the sale then I cant say the same for other agents. I hope that desired my property come on with Mann Catford as it such a pleasure dealing with them other staff members I've spoken with are also very professional would highly recommend

Nav made the process a lot easier and smooth sailing he was very helpful and exceptionally quick at responding to calls and emails which I was very pleased with. He was very kind and explained the process very well and any questions or concerns I had, Nav was very confident and helpful with his responses.
12th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I attended the property managed by Foxtons whilst tenants were still living there, it was obviously not up to scratch and the sales agent Joey - Ray Poulastides assured me the place would be like new on the day I picked up the keys. The pictures attached to this review will show he is a liar.<br><br>I have since escalated the matter to his manager Jade Martin who has given the standard ‘we will respond within 15 working days’ and is nowhere to be seen. I have complained to the property manager Titia Wootton who said whatever the sales team said to me is none of her business and is fighting every step of the way to do the bare minimum.<br><br>The property was inspected by Foxtons prior to my arrival and picking up of the keys, based on the pictures I attach to this review, they basically checked if the place had burned down and that was it.<br><br>Titia Wootton is the property manager, she will use the fact that the building is 15 years old as an excuse to not carry out the proper checks and works. Please see the pictures and ask yourself, does this look like an issue that couldn’t be solved?<br><br>If you are thinking of becoming a tenant in a property managed by Foxtons Woolwich above all else keep in mind the customer service is abysmal. The team do not care about the tenants and will take every opportunity to remind you of this.<br><br>If you’re being shown around by Joey-Ray Poulsastides he will omit key information such as the gym included with the property is not free, and then proceed to overpromise and under-deliver.<br><br>Joey is managed by Jade Martin, she will be quick to take your money, and slow to react on anything else which is most likely how Joey has gotten away with swindling tenants so far.<br><br>In conclusion, this is the worst management company I have ever come across.
