In fact we'd bought it 23 years ago using them then also.<br>The whole team that I dealt with from Ken who came out to view the house at the beginning , to Bil who dealt with my ever increasingly anxious telephone calls amicably and patiently and Imran and Tom who were also professional and friendly throughout (apologies if I have missed anyone out) the service I received from them was great.

7th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)From the very first meeting, I knew I was in incredibly safe hands.<br><br>Even before my property officially went on the market, Luke had already arranged viewings and generated interest. Once it went live, it sold within the first week. Throughout the entire process, Luke was exceptional.<br><br>He kept everyone in the chain fully informed, often ironing out wrinkles before I was even aware they existed. His communication was outstanding, and he guided me through what could have been an incredibly stressful process with calmness, professionalism and genuine care.<br><br>Having bought and sold four properties in the local area, I’ve experienced transactions that have dragged on for many months. This time, from accepting an offer on my property to moving into my new home took just 12 weeks. While everyone involved played their part, Luke’s proactive approach, constant communication and determination to keep the chain moving were instrumental in making that happen.<br><br>Buying and selling property is notoriously stressful, but this was, without question, the smoothest experience I’ve had. Of all my transactions, working with Luke and Beaumont Gibbs was by far the best.<br><br>I would wholeheartedly recommend Beaumont Gibbs, and specifically Luke, to anyone considering buying or selling a property in the area.

4th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)After a bad experience with an agent who promised much but delivered little, I switched to Your Move, Whitton office. Branch manager, Alan Woods, was highly professional and gave honest and realistic advice re marketing of the property in a very challenging market. He, Kasia and Anish worked really hard contacting potential buyers. Their efforts secured multiple viewings resulting in six competing offers, which went to sealed bids. Following acceptance of an offer, Alan and Kasia kept me up to date with how the sale was progressing. The sale was completed in just under 2 months, which was beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend Alan and the team at Your Move Whitton office.

He has struck the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability, always checking in, accommodating short-notice visits so I could measure up, and consistently going above and beyond. 30th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)I rented through Roundtree Estates for over four years, and I can honestly say the service has been outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>Ken, the Director, and the entire team have always been supportive, approachable, and understanding. The renting process was smooth and straightforward, and throughout my tenancy any maintenance issues or requests were dealt with promptly and without unnecessary complications.<br><br>When it came time to move out, the communication from Ken and the team was excellent. They made the whole transition much easier by providing clear guidance every step of the way. They were also very transparent about the deposit process, explaining exactly what was needed to receive the full deposit back, such as cleaning the property, replacing light bulbs, and other end-of-tenancy requirements. Everything was clear, fair, and there were no surprises.<br><br>I highly recommend Roundtree Estates to anyone looking to rent. Thank you, Ken and the whole team, for making my experience such a positive one over the past four years.
16th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Richard is a star.<br><br>Recently instructed Avrasons to carry out a survey on a property my partner and I are purchasing.<br><br>We are first time buyers so it was a new process for us. Richard made the entire process a breeze. He worked quickly and considerately and kept us in the loop throughout. A refreshing change in the process of property purchasing which can often leave a lot to be desired on those aspects!<br><br>Very reasonably priced and the survey itself was in-depth and exactly what we needed.<br><br>If you’re looking for a property survey, especially in South London, I’d highly recommend Richard and Avrasons.

23rd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

The team are personable and responsive, and very well liked within my building - 100% echo what the reviewer below says about a respectful approach and taking the time to get to know the environment and people in it.
