Their prompt and efficient responses have consistently resolved the typical issues landlords may encounter. Also, their kind and cooperative approach has helped grow a strong personal relationship, which I believe is key in a business environment. A team I would gladly recommend to any landlord.
23rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Horrible experience.<br>Contract signed and deposit and first months rent paid, then on the day they change the contract and refuse to hand over the keys unless I sign the new contract. Made moving in to my new flat an absolute horrible experience (and an illegal one by the way)
8th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Amazing house and Lovely landlord — but the agency has been genuinely awful<br><br>Our landlord is wonderful and we love our new home. This review is entirely about Stirling Ackroyd (London Bridge) as the letting agent.<br><br>We have had to chase them for absolutely everything, at every single stage — before and after move-in. Nothing has been proactive.<br><br>When the junior agent originally handling our tenancy left, the senior colleague who took over didn't even have our email address. They lost our contact details (email address) entirely. No handover whatsoever — a failure that sat squarely with the senior person, not the outgoing junior.<br><br>After we moved in on 1 July, they didn't tell us how to pay our rent. No bank details, no standing order instructions, nothing. We had to chase them a full week into our tenancy asking how to pay, and then chase again before the details finally arrived. The Move-In Manager admitted in writing this should have been sent earlier.<br><br>Our contract had the wrong deposit option despite us confirming our choice in writing, and it took repeated flagging to correct.<br><br>We asked to visit the property to take measurements before move-in so we could plan our furniture. They refused us access and eventually sent a floor plan only after multiple follow-up emails — and only after the agent initially failed to even understand what "measurements" meant.<br><br>The move-in manager we were escalated to was unreachable — the phone number we were given did not connect.<br><br>We have been polite, patient, and understanding throughout. In return we have been ignored, sent incorrect paperwork, denied reasonable requests, and left uninformed on basic tenancy matters.<br><br>If you are considering renting through this branch: keep everything in writing and prepare to chase relentlessly. Avoid if you can.<br><br>Again, the landlords are amazing, but the agent was truly disappointing.

From start to finish, the service was professional, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused.<br><br>Ross and Jon kept me updated at every stage, promptly answering questions and providing clear, honest guidance. They demonstrated a strong understanding of the Sudbury Court market, offered realistic expectations, and shared practical suggestions to help my sale/purchase progress smoothly.<br><br>They were easy to talk to, approachable, and kept things positive without compromising professionalism.<br><br>I’m genuinely grateful for their support and would highly recommend Daniel’s Estate Agents in Sudbury to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent in the area. The team was incredibly helpful, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to selling our property and securing the best possible price. We would not hesitate to use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to others, as they truly deliver on their promises—and then some.- 27th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

We're beyond excited with this huge step into our life however without a professional advice ,expertise and extensive experience this could become quite overwhelming as well as losing precious time and also money. Sherie has always been our superstar drive ,engaging herself with the whole process ,going above and beyond to satisfy our customer needs.Answering all questions, being contactable outside office hours.We highly appreciate her devotion to her job as she's been working and contactable on weekends or late afternoon/evenings to reply to my random questions. She recommended to us third parties needed to get involved in the whole process like solicitors, home buying survey agents,mortgage advisors etc and she's been chasing them on our behalf. Sherie is highly professional, ambitious young lady,chasing opportunities, helping clients like us massively by being on point,keeping track on deadlines, she's a brilliant communicator ,able to approach individually customers . Throughout the visit, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, extensive market knowledge, and a clear understanding of the local property market.<br>His advice was insightful and easy to understand, and the marketing strategy he presented was particularly impressive well thought out, detailed, and tailored to maximise the property's potential. Zero empathy, absolute chaos in communication, Zero integrity. They tell you something today and completely opposite the next day . Have worked with agents before and never had such experience. Their way of handling a transaction made us think is it worth going all the trouble to get a place of our own. So demeaning and prejudiced team. Zero transparency . Zero stars . Hope the team could treat people better.

13th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Purchased a property from Rory and Euan. It was an overall great experience, with really strong communication and friendly service from both. Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing multiple times. Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation. He went above and beyond to ensure our timeline was met, and it really was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing our realtor was proactive, knowledgeable, and very importantly, responsive. This was a very positive experience for us and I have no hesitation in recommending Rory if you are looking to buy or sell. Thanks very much to Rory and Euan for all their help.
