I lived in a Stirling Ackroyd property for 18 months, and on the few occasions a problem arose, I knew I could reach out to Terri and she would handle it, without the need for silly online forms, portals or waiting on hold for hours. End of tenancy was wrapped up by her within a few weeks - substantially less painful than any end of tenancy I've previously had.

Tom was professional, efficient, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. He attained an excellent rental offer on my flat which I was very happy with and transitioned the exit of existing to new tenants into my flat over the last few weeks. I would highly recommend him and the team.

Not only are they professional and polite at all times but they have always been responsive whenever I have needed anything attended to. They kept communication channels open at all times and were also very pro active in offering solutions should the need arise. I was a tenant at one of the properties they were letting for 7 years and they maintained this level of service throughout that time.
