The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

It is her first time in the UK and wasn't familiar with how the renting process works, so it was all a bit overwhelming for my partner.<br><br>My partner came back after her viewings very happy with the service she had received. Odesa was patient and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, making her feel much more confident.<br><br>It's very hard to come across someone who's so invested in helping people, and it really made my partner feel less stressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Odesa to anyone looking for a property.<br><br>It is clear that Marsh and parsons were outstanding with training their agents and I look forward to looking for a home with them in the near future.

15th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

8th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)I got in touch with them regarding viewing a house.<br><br>Agent was extremely pushy regarding getting information out of me when I made it clear I would like a viewing first, put me off altogether. Also ignored my clear contact preferences I included in my request.<br><br>I really dislike agressive sales tactics.<br><br>Will update my review if and when I interact with this branch and hopefully will not have to deal with said agent again.<br><br>Please stop the sleazy sales tactics next time it’s so off putting when I just want to interact with someone professional and nice.

15th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)My wife and I would like to say how grateful we are to Mr Stephen Waller of Foxton’s, Bromley for all his help while we’ve been buying our flat.<br><br>Stephen is always professional and diligent, which is what anyone buying or selling property wants, of course. But he goes far beyond this through his kindness and the effort he puts in for his clients. He has kept us informed about the whole buying process and regularly went beyond and above what we expected by often checking details with the seller even before we had thought of asking about them!<br><br>Stephen’s a very thoughtful and empathetic person and we will always regard ourselves as very lucky to have had him helping us. Also, we’ll never forget Stephen’s kind message when he heard that our oldest dog had passed away last month.<br><br>When you’re buying or selling a property, you don’t want someone who you have to kick into action, someone who really is just going through the motions. You want someone who cares and tries his or her best for you, someone who is proactive and an expert at what he does. Stephen is this and more and we’d recommend him to anyone.

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

Adalina's communication was excellent, she was quick to respond to any questions and she made everything feel much less stressful. We were managing a simultaneous sale and purchase, which can be a stressful process, and Kelly's communication, organisation, and calm professionalism made all the difference. She kept us informed at every stage, chased solicitors and other parties in the chain when things stalled, and always made herself available to answer questions quickly. Her market knowledge and attention to detail gave us real confidence throughout, and she genuinely felt like she was on our side rather than just closing a deal. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to guide us through the process, and we'd wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
