From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and completely committed to achieving the best possible outcome.<br><br>They worked incredibly hard throughout the process, always going above and beyond to understand what I wanted and help make it happen. Their advice, communication, and determination were exceptional, and I always felt I was in very capable hands.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful, but Nathan and Jaylie made the whole experience feel much smoother. I really appreciated their dedication, honesty, and the personal effort they put in to get me the result I was hoping for.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend Nathan and Jaylie highly enough - thank you both for all your hard work and support!

My daughter living in London sourced Stuart, and from the time we were introduced I felt comfortable that I would be listened to and that properties would be presented in a progressive and thoughtful manner. I live in the US, so Stuart would often screen properties with my daughter, always being considerate of both of our schedules and input. He broadened the area of the search as I requested, and helped me be certain not only of the flat itself, but the neighborhood. His knowledge was impressive, as was his enthusiasm for the neighborhoods. I never felt pressure, and knew that I could take my time finding "My Flat". We all knew when it came, a testament to Stuarts capacity to narrow down the options. He then skillfully managed both the buyer and seller, which can be very tricky. It was very clear he had both of our best interests in mind, but also both of our trust. He connected me with all of the necessary legal and tax resources, always staying involved. As I was purchasing the flat with furniture and fixtures, and was on a timeline that was quite tight by UK standards, there was stress involved towards the completion. Stuart never over-promised, but continued to push the deal forward and to my delight we closed on-time and I moved in on my desired date. I highly recommend Stuart, and look forward to working with him again in the future!!!

26th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with a property marketed by John D Wood & Co. Estate Agents (Wandsworth).<br><br>Initially, Poppy Martin was very helpful and responsive throughout the viewing and application process, which gave us confidence in proceeding. However, after our offer was accepted, we were informed that all payments and tenancy arrangements would be handled directly by the landlord rather than the agency. This was never made clear at the outset.<br><br>We had already submitted our personal and financial information to the agent, including payslips, bank statements, passports, proof of address, P60s, and our guarantor’s personal and financial details. Despite this, the landlord requested the same documents again, followed by further demands for over a year’s worth of our guarantor’s financial records, including payslips, bank statements, and P60s.<br><br>We also discovered that deposits were to be paid to a business account managed by a third-party company, which had not been disclosed by the agent. When we requested evidence of their data protection compliance, we were initially provided with an expired certificate and generic documents, which further undermined our confidence.<br><br>At this stage, we no longer felt comfortable sharing additional financial information. As a result, our £311 holding deposit was retained. We felt pressured into providing excessive personal data under the threat of losing our deposit.<br><br>Overall, the process lacked transparency, involved repeated requests for financial and personal information, and left us feeling misled. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I hope future applicants are given clearer information before committing to the process.

7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

28th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)We are so happy we decided to go with Strickland as our estate agents. We recently sold our 2-bed flat as we were looking to find our forever home. From our very first conversation with Terence we instantly could tell that they knew the area inside out and immediately pointed out all the things that made us fall in love with the area and the flat. So many other estate agents that we’d seen didn’t even know the area so it gave us so much confidence that Terence and Jamie would be able to talk to buyers about all the best bits of the location. We also appreciated the honest approach as it really helped us set our expectations about the market. They worked incredibly hard to find the right buyer for our home and handled everything with professionalism and care. They managed to find us a buyer within a week of it being on the market! They then really supported us through surveys, price negotiations and we always felt like they had our backs in those negotiations. Despite their best efforts our first buyer pulled out (no fault of theirs) and they managed to find a new buyer immediately. From offer and right through to completion, the whole team made us feel supported, reassured, and genuinely looked after during what could have been a very stressful time. Jinny was also so on it when making sure the sale went through and she took on the chasing for everyone in the chain!!! We honestly wouldn’t have got it over the line without her persistence and professionalism. Overall we always felt in the loop, and whenever we had questions or concerns, someone was there to answer quickly and honestly. We felt like they cared about us personally, not just about making a sale, as they took the time to understand our situation and always had our best interests at heart. That level of attention and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. We’re so grateful Terence, Jamie and Jinny for helping us get our forever home. We would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.
7th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We found the team at Noble very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.<br>In particular Billy was excellent, he valued our house and it was listed a few days later. After about 10 days we had an offer at asking price and the rest as they say is history.<br>We previously listed with another company with limited viewings, Billy and Noble gain more viewings in those 10 days than the previous company managed in 3 months!<br>We would whole heartedly recommended giving Billy a call if you plan on selling your home.<br>Thanks again Team Noble
10th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)We used langford russell sidcup branch for the sale of our parents flat<br>Where do I start<br>From first contact with Jack to value the property and put it on the market he was so helpful knowing that we wasn't so good with the Internet<br>Then when the property went under off Nathan took over dealing with us<br>What can I say<br>We don't think the transaction went very smoothly nothing to do with langford Russell, on the contrary Nathan took my daily phone calls sometimes 5 times a day<br>He chased up management companies, solicitors buyers solicitors<br>I am sure he did a lot more than estate agents normally do<br>All done with so much professionalism<br>Every phone call or email was replied to straight away<br>If Nathan was not available Jack would help or Molly who I also got to speak to a lot<br>Selling a property is stressful at the best of times<br>But I highly recommend langford russell<br>They go above and beyond<br>To help<br>Thank you so much
