From the initial viewing of the property to exchanging contracts the whole team was always curteous, patient and helpful.<br><br>A special shout out for Graca who was our contact throughout and always there when we needed to clarify something or check on progress. Barny too was equally helpful in keeping us informed and politely nudging us and the sellers along. Would highly recommend this Estate Agent.
10th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Linas at Barnard Marcus has managed our tenanted property for over ten years, and I can't recommend him highly enough.<br>We're overseas landlords, so we rely entirely on our agent to be our eyes and ears on the ground — and Linas has never once given us cause for concern. He's taken us through three or four tenancy changeovers, each handled smoothly, and when issues come up he deals with them promptly and keeps us properly informed.<br>Ten years of consistently going above and beyond. Genuinely trustworthy, and a large part of why owning a rental property in London has been stress-free for us.

We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

They were clear with what our house needed prior to going onto the market and incredibly thorough with finding the right buyers and flexible around our family when it came to viewings. Highly recommend them for your next sale or purchase.
7th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

We had a choice of 4 professional tenants within a couple of days and they made the process very straightforward from start to end - we have no hesitation in recommending them and are well known on the high street as one of the most established agents.

Moving can often feel stressful and overwhelming, but she made everything feel smooth, organised, and straightforward.<br><br>She was always available to answer questions, kept us updated proactively, and genuinely made us feel supported from start to finish. Her professionalism combined with a warm and friendly approach made a huge difference.<br><br>Thank you, Mimi, for helping me and my partner find and move into a place we’re so excited to call home. 24th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)The worst letting agency I have ever dealt with. Repairs were constantly delayed—I was left without heating for 8 weeks during winter, and maintenance issues were never resolved on time. Communication was poor, and staff rarely responded properly. To make matters worse, they entered my flat with their management key for a viewing without my consent. Completely unprofessional and a serious breach of trust. I would not recommend Foxtons to anyone.

We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

She was incredible from the start, giving us the full star treatment - the first flat we viewed with her was the one! She hit the nail on the head with what we were looking for, and got it secured for us within a day of viewing it. She was very friendly and personable, answering all queries and questions effectively and efficiently. Having had negative experiences with moving in the past, we were absolutely thrilled to have had such a great one with Jada. Anyone with Jada as their agent is in great hands!<br><br>P.S. not only is she a brilliant estate agent, she has killer shoes and style.
