She went above and beyond at every step, making what could have been stressful feel completely manageable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out. I’m so grateful for her support and outstanding customer service it truly made all the difference.

The team ( Jade and Urmile ) were extremely polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s reassuring to deal with people who are approachable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive letting agency.

20th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Recently purchased a flat through Alan de Maid and Ryan provided excellent service from the first day's viewing right up until completion. Without Ryan's dedication this sale would have undoubtedly fallen through. Unfortunately service from the recommended solicitor at Taylor Rose (B.S.) was such that a complaint to the SRA is being prepared. This is not a reflection of Taylor Rose as a company as the vendor's solicitor was also from Taylor Rose and was apparently excellent. Ryan did everything possible to mitigate the ongoing problems, liaising with the vendor, calling solicitors within the chain and involving more senior staff at Taylor Rose on several occasions to drive the process forward. Ryan was incredibly responsive throughout the process and always gave advance notice of any days he would be out of the office for holidays etc. He replied to emails and queries in a very timely manner, often providing information that had not been forthcoming from the solicitor. His communication throughout was faultless. The process was a long and arduous five months, but thanks to an extremely patient vendor and a dogged determination from Ryan to get this purchase over the line, completion was achieved. Thanks Ryan!

The process involved some quite complicated paperwork requirements that were difficult to provide, and while I had to manage those hurdles myself to move things forward, Lenka’s speed and clear communication helped keep the transaction on track. I appreciate her efficiency in getting the deal done. Recommended!
21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I couldn't recommend Stow brothers enough when selling your property. They make it so straight forward and very easy. We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

30th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had an excellent experience with Habiba at Foxtons Walthamstow. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. All thought she is really amazing, her manager is not so helpfull. I will recommend just because of her.
5th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)The property management team has always been prompt in resolving issues and providing a high level of service. In particular, Emma, the Property Manager, has been great—friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to follow up when something needs attention.
5th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.
10th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Please do not use their service. AVOID AT ALL COST. We took up a property on rent through David Daniels ltd which was old and not in good shape but we knew what we were getting into. We as family with Children adjusted with faults in that property. The landlord/agent was happy because we did not complaint and paid rent on time. But to our suprise when we decided to leave the property and go the agent/landlord held 75% of our deposit .i.e. above £1900 under the pretext of "Very Dirty". It is unbelievable that we are waiting from past 3 months for our deposit to be refunded.

Everyone was respectful of my property during viewings and once I'd found a buyer they answered all queries quickly and chased up all parties to move things along as smoothly as possible. I would recommend them everytime.
