Highly communicative and quick to respond when we had questions along the way. We’ve worked with other estate agents in the past with our rentals but we could really tell the difference with a family owned company. We had direct contact with the same people the entire time and they were warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in making the home purchase process as easy as possible. We’re highly grateful for such a smooth experience!

They were clear with what our house needed prior to going onto the market and incredibly thorough with finding the right buyers and flexible around our family when it came to viewings. Highly recommend them for your next sale or purchase.
7th Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

11th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)We had such a great experience with Sara at Marsh & Parsons! She was really helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The day I first called, she called me back with two properties and availability to view that suited us. The second property she showed us ended up being the one we went for!<br><br>The viewings were also private, which made such a difference. There were no queues of people outside the door or loads of couples being shown around at the same time, so the whole experience felt much more personal and relaxed. Sara even drove us from one viewing to the second property so we could make it to another viewing in time afterwards.<br><br>She made everything really easy over WhatsApp too, from contracts and deposits to answering all our questions, even when she wasn’t working. She was always so responsive and happy to help.<br><br>Couldn’t recommend Sara enough! She made what is normally a stressful process feel really easy and genuinely went above and beyond to help us find our new home.- 1st Sep 2026 (27 days ago)We couldn’t recommend Phil and the team at Marsh & Parsons highly enough. We first talked to Peter to find a letting solution. Peter, Victoria, and their team found suitable tenants quickly while keeping us well informed. Anna and Ella handled the practical side. Anna devoted lots of time to contracts, agreements, and preparation work. Ella also assisted a lot with scheduling and went beyond her role by supervising the disposal of old furniture to ensure a smooth move-in—which we truly appreciated ! Mae and Gioia were also very responsive and helpful.As overseas landlords, having an experienced, reliable team is vital to us. We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

He was always available and free for a chat. Getting in touch with him and getting information about the whole process was very easy and he helped massively in an otherwise very stressful process. I feel so lucky to have worked with him as you don't meet often such professional and committed people.<br>Thank you Foxtons for helping us buy this beautiful house!!

As a first time buyer, I was quite nervous about the whole process, but Rebecca and Yasser were so helpful and made everything feel really straightforward. 2nd Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)I could not be happier with Johns & Co, and in particular Anthony Norton and Rhiannon Howard! They made what can often be a very stressful process so much easier. They were incredibly responsive throughout, even while on annual leave, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. It felt like they were doing the job of my solicitor as well!<br>Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to meet Rhiannon in person when I collected the keys to my flat, as she was in a meeting, but she truly deserves special recognition for all of her hard work and support.<br>As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process incredibly stressful and frustrating at times, but Anthony and Rhiannon were there every step of the way, providing reassurance and chasing things whenever needed.<br>I'm now officially four weeks into my new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to everyone at Johns & Co, especially Anthony and Rhiannon. My client’s previous tenancy was unfortunately pulled by the previous agency, leaving us with a very tight timeline. We were informed at the last minute, and my client had only six days left before their planned tenancy start date.<br>Naz quickly took over the case and managed to complete everything within just two days. Thanks to her professionalism, responsiveness and efficiency, my client was able to move in smoothly on the original planned date.<br>Really appreciate Naz’s hard work and support. Very responsible, efficient and highly recommended!
17th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)UNPROFESSIONAL and UNREASONABLE<br>handling of deposit return.<br><br>After moving out, I thoroughly cleaned the property myself and kept timestamped photos as evidence. Despite this, the agent proposed deducting around £312 (£260 + VAT) for “additional cleaning” without providing a full checkout report to justify the charge.<br><br>For a small studio in London, a reasonable end-of-tenancy clean typically costs around £100, not £300+. Requesting such a high amount without proper evidence or a detailed inspection report is unfair and lacks transparency.<br><br>I asked for the full checkout report to validate their claim, but received no proper response. This kind of opaque and excessive deduction raises serious concerns about their professionalism and fairness.<br><br>Prospective tenants should be cautious.

Ask any question she’ll respond promptly. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. Highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a property.

Nick was available to speak anytime, provided excellent and honest feedback after every viewing and made you feel they had your best interest at heart. Once an offer was made and accepted, the purchase process was handled very efficiently and I was kept updated at every step. Overall, a refreshingly satisfactory experience.

They handled the letting of my property professionally from start to finish, and everything was sorted incredibly quickly.<br>Any issues that came up were resolved promptly, and the team were always easy to reach – they even worked on their days off to keep things moving.
