From the very beginning, the whole team were fantastic, professional, responsive and genuinely invested in getting our move over the line.<br><br>Like many house moves, ours wasn’t completely straightforward, and we had a particularly stressful moment late in the process when it looked like our sale might fall through. The team were absolutely brilliant. They acted incredibly quickly, kept communication moving between everyone and worked with us to find a way forward. Within days, everything was back on track and we were able to exchange and secure our new home.<br><br>What really stood out was that we always felt we had people on our side who genuinely cared about the outcome, rather than simply managing a transaction. 21st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)We purchased a property through KFH West Dulwich. Many months after our offer was accepted, we finally completed and moved in, to our surprise on that day the house didn’t resemble much the property we had agreed to buy.<br><br>Both front and back gardens had been completely neglected to the point where you can’t basically walk around, the carpets were in an appalling and unusable state. The house was so dirty that every surface was covered in dust and mouse droppings, there were spider webs throughout the property, and it was clear that no effort had been made to leave the home in a reasonable state for its new owners.<br><br>When we raised our concerns, the estate agent responded that their role was basically to hand over the keys. While we understand that the condition of the property is ultimately the seller’s responsibility, we would have expected the agency to provide at least some guidance to them about leaving a property in a presentable condition for completion, especially since we were patient enough to wait much longer than the original estimate date.<br><br>What should have been an exciting day turned into a disappointment within the first ten minutes of walking through the door. The lack of care from the sellers, left a very an awful impression, when you pay over a £1m for a house, one would expect some decency from the agents and the sellers to leave the place in a nice state.

He was always available to help with any concerns or questions that we had and the process of renting our flat was incredibly smooth. 2nd Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I could not be happier with Johns & Co, and in particular Anthony Norton and Rhiannon Howard! They made what can often be a very stressful process so much easier. They were incredibly responsive throughout, even while on annual leave, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. It felt like they were doing the job of my solicitor as well!<br>Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to meet Rhiannon in person when I collected the keys to my flat, as she was in a meeting, but she truly deserves special recognition for all of her hard work and support.<br>As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process incredibly stressful and frustrating at times, but Anthony and Rhiannon were there every step of the way, providing reassurance and chasing things whenever needed.<br>I'm now officially four weeks into my new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to everyone at Johns & Co, especially Anthony and Rhiannon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

31st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)?????<br><br>Having found my own tenant, but with the recent changes to rental legislation in England, I wanted the reassurance of using a professional letting agent to handle the legal and administrative aspects of the tenancy. I instructed In Estates to carry out comprehensive financial referencing, prepare the tenancy agreement and incorporate a guarantor into the tenancy documentation.<br><br>From start to finish, the service was efficient, professional and exceptionally well organised. Their communication was excellent throughout and every stage of the process was clearly explained. What particularly stood out was their use of technology, which made the referencing, document signing and overall administration straightforward and seamless. Everything was completed promptly, with minimal effort required on my part.<br><br>Having dealt with several letting agents over the years, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I have had. Too often, previous agents have fallen short of their promises, whether through poor communication, delays or a lack of attention to detail which have proven to be extremely costly.
