29th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.
27th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m a landlord and use Leaders for one of my properties. Never again! They’ve ‘managed’ my property for over a year and there has only been 1 maintenance issue, so hardly doing much for their money.<br><br>They’ve very sneakily tried to con me into agreeing to a so called ‘premium’ service mid way through the tenancy, which I’ve not asked for, and if I’d not read one of the many junk emails they send would have been enrolled into it by default.<br><br>I’ve emailed them twice confirming that I don’t wish to take part and the latest property ‘manager’ Carol (I think she’s the 4th in just over a year) hasn’t bothered to get back to me.<br><br>I’ve experience of many letting agents and these are the worst by far: constantly trying to hoodwink clients into extra costs. Well naturally I’ll not use them again.<br><br>I saw at the bottom of her email a link asking me to leave a review, so here it is. Hope it’s helpful.<br><br>PS. Please don’t respond to this review asking me to get in touch etc etc - just ask Carol to answer her emails please!

From responding to emails almost immediately to arranging viewings at short notice and taking the time to understand our requirements, both have been extremely helpful throughout the process.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we were naturally a little apprehensive about how everything would turn out and whether we would be able to find the right property within our budget. We are very happy to have found a good property in a great location and, importantly, within our budget.<br><br>We are grateful for all their support so far and are looking forward to the rest of the process being as smooth and easy as it has been to date.

The team has also been very quick and helpful in responding to our maintenance queries.<br><br>A special thank you to Erin for all her help and prompt communication. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome box, which included snacks, furniture discount vouchers and a detailed guide to the flat. The guide was particularly useful and helped us quickly understand what all the different switches and controls were for.<br><br>Overall, a very positive and well-organised experience!

A year later, I reached out again to have my house re-evaluated for sale. That’s when Dino visited, and I could tell he genuinely cared — he really put himself in my shoes and did his best to help me sell my home.<br><br>After the photos were taken (which came out beautifully — clean, bright, and professional), viewings were quickly arranged. Dino has a wonderful team — Resit, George, and Stephanie — who all treated my home with great respect during viewings and made sure to properly introduce it to potential buyers.<br><br>Thanks to their hard work, I received multiple offers and sold my house. Selling something cheaply is easy, but finding the right buyer and matching them with the right home — that’s a real art. It takes years of experience, a strong network, and dedication, and Knights Residential absolutely has that.<br><br>I really cannot compliment them enough — honestly, I wish Google Maps would change its 5-star system to 10 stars!<br><br>I confidently recommend Knights Residential in Edmonton to anyone thinking of selling their home. 17th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)I cannot recommend Mounir at Easymove Estate Agents highly enough.<br><br>My property had been let through another estate agent for over 10 years and, once the tenancy ended and the property became vacant, I needed help getting it back into a suitable condition and deciding what to do next. A family friend recommended Mounir to me, and I am very glad they did.<br><br>From the outset, Mounir was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He assessed what needed to be done to the property and guided me through the whole process of getting it ready for Easymove’s Guaranteed Rent scheme.<br><br>He organised and coordinated the contractors for the required improvement works, dealt with the necessary fire safety requirements and general compliance, and also arranged the works needed to bring the property up to an EPC C rating. He kept me updated throughout and made what could have been a stressful process feel very straightforward.<br><br>What impressed me most was that Mounir did not simply tell me what needed to be done and leave me to organise everything myself. He took the time to help coordinate the works, explain the requirements and make sure the property was ready before migrating it onto the Guaranteed Rent scheme.<br><br>After having the property with another agent for more than a decade, I was naturally cautious about changing estate agents, but Mounir gave me complete confidence throughout the process. His communication was excellent, he was always approachable and responsive, and I always knew what stage we were at.<br><br>If you are a landlord looking for a professional estate agent, Guaranteed Rent service, help with property refurbishment, landlord compliance, fire safety requirements or improving your property's EPC rating, I would highly recommend speaking to Mounir at Easymove Estate Agents.<br><br>A genuinely excellent service from start to finish. The property was a new build and there were several challenges along the way, including an issue with the land title. Despite these complications, she did an excellent job of keeping everyone focused and moving things forward — including the seller, solicitors and us as the buyers.<br>Her communication, persistence and ability to coordinate everyone involved made a real difference.
