10th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I used Ellis and Co to sell my house in 2020. Alicia Casingena was my selling agent and did an excellent job to get my house sold quickly and at top market value. Alicia really understood my requirements and the value of my house, never troubled me with "tyre kickers", and found a Buyer with exactly the right profile and ambition for my house. Alicia worked tirelessly to navigate the new Covid-rules to prepare my house for sale and conclude the sale as quickly as possible, keeping me updated at all times, and helping to unblock issues on the Buyer's side. Both Seller and Buyer were very pleased with the outcome, and I would highly recommend Alicia to help sell your property.<br><br>Given my positive experience from my first transaction with Ellis & Co above, I used Alica Casingena at Ellis & Co (Golders Green) to sell my father's property in 2026 after he moved into a care home. Alicia delivered for me again, achieving my sale price in very tough market conditions: high interest rates, high number of properties for sale and low number of serious buyers. Alicia knows the Golders Green market inside out, and is an expert sales negotiator. She understood my requirements which included a hard time constraint to get the sale done, and her marketing advice was spot on. Alicia is very personable, always contactable, and worked tirelessly through many evenings to push the sale through. I always felt Alicia 'had my back' throughout the process, and there was no need and no point in trying to market the property across multiple agents given Ellis & Co's track record and market reach. Contacted them 2 weeks ago about a property, Jack Wackett got my details and told me that they were waiting to hear from the current tenants to arrange viewings and that they would let me know. Kept trying to contact them for a week with noboy answering my emails or my calls. Finally got through today and was informed that viewings took place and an offer was put forward. This guy are showing how they don't care about their tenants even before they sign their contract.

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.<br><br>Tenant for 3 years and the property management from Leaders was appalling throughout.<br><br>The emergency repairs line is effectively non-existent. If you have an urgent issue outside of normal business hours, good luck getting any meaningful support. This is potentially dangerous when genuine emergency repairs are needed.<br><br>Communication has been consistently dreadful. Every member of staff I dealt with seemed impossible to contact. Emails were poorly written or unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, and issues routinely required repeated chasing. Nobody appeared to take ownership of a problem or follow it through to resolution.<br><br>The Section 21 process was handled badly. There appeared to be no proper checks regarding whether we had actually vacated the property, and now, almost 90 days after moving out, we are being chased for money relating to an unspecified issue. Despite multiple requests, no clear information or evidence has been provided explaining the charge.<br><br>This is all before mentioning the challenges we faced with a consistently difficult landlord. A good managing agent should help resolve issues between tenants and landlords professionally and efficiently, but throughout our tenancy we felt unsupported and left to deal with problems ourselves.<br><br>After three years as tenants, this has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, poor organisation, and a complete lack of accountability.

From sales details to viewings, then offers and surveys, she has been with us all the way. Informative, polite, professional and quick to respond to questions.<br><br>We couldn't have asked for a better contact and guide through the selling process. Nothing was too much trouble and Patricia often went above and beyond when things got tricky. It's been a pleasure and I would recommend her and the team every time.

He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.

I’d been in touch with other agents at Johns&Co for months, but nothing ever came of it—just cancellations and no real progress.<br><br>Within a week, Manuel had arranged viewings for properties that matched exactly what I was looking for. What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision rather than simply trying to make a sale. He was proactive, honest, responsive, and went above and beyond throughout the process.<br><br>In the end, I didn’t go ahead through Manuel because my circumstances changed and I found another place. That should be all the recommendation I need to give really...<br><br>After meeting several agents I chose Youssif because I believed he could sell my flat, efficiently at market value. It was clear he had very good, hyper local knowledge, knew his portfolio, where my property could fit in and the buyers it could attract.<br>Like Kevin & Co I also work for an independent company which competes against larger national firms, and saw a familiar hunger and passion this David vs Goliath positioning creates.<br>We agreed an asking priced based on Youssif valuation, other's I'd had, plus my own gut feeling of where the market was. Yousif was perfectly happy to discuss all these things, gave good insights and checked in regularly throughout the sales process without ever feeling pressured or badgered.<br><br>Kevin & Co, Youssif, Gary and all the team were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone selling a property.
