The agents at Streatham Hill are quite simply as a group simply excellent. In particular, I can’t but highlight Tyler Millard who was ultimately in charge of my sale. He was at all times and without fail extremely communicative, supremely helpful, outstandingly professional, completely understanding and productive in all aspects of his work. His overall care of my case extended from initial visits through to exchange and I could not endorse, nor thank him enough.I thoroughly recommend him and the whole firm with my utmost thanks for all their hard work. Fadhel assisted me in letting the property, communication was excellent from the very beginning. I was always informed well in advance about everything. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Fadhel did everything to ensure things kept moving smoothly. I’m very grateful for his kindness, patience and professionalism. Fadhel is a real asset to Madison Brook.

Despite several external delays that were outside of everyone’s control, Alessandra remained fully committed to supporting us in completing the agreement. She was proactive and consistently took action to help move the process forward including consistently chasing third party operators. Even when we faced external obstacles that could have slowed everything down, she did everything within her capacity to mobilise the necessary steps and accommodate our requests.<br><br>Hanan was equally diligent and supportive. She ensured that both the tenant’s and the landlord’s rights were protected and handled appropriately. She provided clear guidance on both minor and major matters and was consistently responsive, even at short notice.

Met with the manager Jay and detailed all of my requirements to him; he wrote everything down and assured me that Isabel would be in touch on Monday. Call and let a message for her as she never called on Monday; wrote her an email to explain the nature of my conversation with Jay, she did reply on Tuesday via email and said she would try to organize something else. She has not been in touch. Eight years on in 2025, they are still horrific. DO NOT USE THEM.

She was always supportive whenever we needed assistance and was by far the easiest person to reach. Her responses were consistently quick, which made everything so much smoother and less stressful. Louise was also very diligent in attending to all of our requests, ensuring nothing was overlooked and that issues were handled efficiently. Overall, I’m very happy with the service she provided and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property manager.
