24th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)I am really delighted to be writing this review to sum up an amazing experience working with the Martyn Gerrard team on both the sale of our flat and purchase of our dream home in Muswell Hill. The MG Team that helped us were Fiona on our purchase and Jay on our sale, all with the active engagement and support from Chris who was more than happy to get involved to escalate things when we had the inevitable challenges that can come about when navigating the process. We certainly had some challenges either other parties at times, but they were always alleviated to and made less stressful through the proactivity, good humour and hard work of all of the team. We genuinely feel like they always had our backs and truly cared about making sure the move went through smoothly. It was such a refreshing experience and both me and my wife will be eternally grateful for the hard work and dedication that was evident in every interaction. If you are looking for an estate agent that know their stuff, give fair, balanced and honest advice and guidance and are genuinely focussed on great outcomes for their clients then look no further. Thank you for helping us make our dream move a reality ??

19th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I sold my property with Chris and couldn’t recommend him more highly. Property sales are stressful at the best of times, but this one was particularly challenging due to a very poor solicitor on one side of the transaction, which significantly affected the speed of the process. Despite this, Chris was excellent at keeping us updated throughout, and we always felt he put in every effort to keep things moving. He also maintained clear and balanced communication between both buyer and seller, which made a real difference. We’re very grateful for everything Chris did to get the sale over the line.

With 4 sharers moving in together there were a few hurdles to us securing the place however she worked hard to resolve them quickly and professionally to ensure we could move in by our move in date. I would highly recommend her and the rest of the Stirling Ackroyd team!

After I had an offer accepted, Kate was amazing at keeping thing progressing through the conveyancing process and made sure to help with any sticking points which I really appreciated! I used Marsh & Parsons to buy a flat and my main contact was Aicha - she was fantastic, really pleasant to deal with and very understanding of my position as a first time buyer. I felt supported throughout the purchase and was really happy with the standard of service I received. I also want to mention Guy, who was also great and very genuine. Marsh & Parsons made quite a challenging and complicated process feel easier and I am very thankful for that!

It was a lengthy and complex conveyance, and had it not been for Hiten's approach, it would have been a longer more stressful process. Hiten was professional, proactive and highly responsive. Even though clearly he was working in the sellers best interests, he dealt with all parties fairly and appropriately. When we come to sell the property we would be happy to work with him and the estate agents again. Thank you! Krish and Ben
26th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)STAY AWAY!! I first put my property on rent with foxtons. the manager at the Margot told me as this was the second property I was letting with Foxtons there would be no charges for 6months. This was a tactic to get my business as when the tenant was found they only wanted a 6 month let. I was told the next tenancy the discount would be applied. However, when the time arrived Margot stopped responding and then I was told that the deal was finished and they could not uphold this. As they ( Charlie) found tenants I went to foxtons again, big mistake. The tenants were awful and Foxtons did not help at all. Once Foxtons took over £5k for their fees from the rent they did nothing to help the situation with the tenants. The tenants then tried to place legal action based on misrepresentation of the property that Foxtons advertised. When I alerted Foxtons , Foxtons have tried to put the blame back on myself. I have asked for the managers details 3 time via email but still do not get it. I have request a SAR so awaiting this as Foxtons has said I did not inform them that the roof was not demised the flat ( which I did numerous times). All I have asked Foxtons for was to refund me the fees from now til the end of the tenancy so the tenants can leave ( as this is their preference) but Foxtons refuse. It's been a difficult time to try to line a sale up for interested buyers while also looking for a new place. The team however stayed on the ball throughout the year, gave regular suggestions & updates, and stayed in touch. Sam especially gave the selling process his all and made sure everything progressed smoothly once we secured an offer, and was very mindful in guiding us through the process, and staying in contact with us, the buyers, and both solicitors! No notes; it was as transparent and stress-free as a house move can be. Thank you
