From the outset, Kareena was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions and requested multiple viewings, and she was always happy to help, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. What stood out most was her balanced and fair approach. Rather than encouraging bidding wars or unnecessary competition, she represented both the buyer and seller professionally, helping to ensure that a fair price was agreed for everyone involved. Kareena also demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the legal and conveyancing process. She stayed on top of key milestones, proactively chased both sets of solicitors when needed, and regularly kept all parties updated. Her communication and coordination helped keep the transaction moving and gave me confidence throughout what can often be a stressful process. Above all, Kareena was consistently kind, approachable, and professional. I have to give it to you at 15:30, otherwise I'll have to pay extra for a day. I'm driving all the way back in a hurry. There's no humanity at all.
20th May 2025 (1 year ago)We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! I was delighted @ how quick hey found us a buyer .I would recommend them to anybody as we were very pleased & grateful! Thanks Breeda

She liaised with our solicitors to push things through, answered all our questions without hesitation, really made the whole process so smooth for us as buyers, cannot thank her enough, I do genuinely believe if it wasn’t for her going the extra mile we probably wouldn’t have been able to purchase our property.

He worked extremely hard for both sides, and even though I was the purchaser, pushed for fair negotiation on the asking price and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Rishi is honest, responsive and very good at his job, I would thoroughly recommend him if you need an estate agent.

Professionalism was a 10/10.<br><br>If you’re looking for a reliable team to help you on your housing journey then I would definitely recommend this agency! I will certainly be returning to them if I ever need something else!

22nd Jun 2026 (6 days ago)I recently invited Carter & Willow to value my property and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Rosie, the negotiator who attended. From the outset, Rosie presented as dismissive, arrogant and judgemental. Rather than providing a balanced and professional valuation, I felt she had already formed negative assumptions about the property due to its council origins. Her communication style lacked professionalism and left me feeling uncomfortable throughout the appointment.<br><br>What concerned me most was the contradictory information she provided. During the visit, Rosie commented that properties within the RM8 area are highly sought after. However, she then later stated that my particular pocket of homes did not fall under that same demand because they were council properties. I found this comment both surprising and inappropriate. It appeared that the property's history as a former council home was being used to justify a significantly lower valuation, despite the wider area's desirability.<br><br>A valuation should be based on market evidence, comparable sales and professional expertise, not assumptions or prejudice about the type of housing stock. The manner in which this was communicated came across as patronising and disrespectful.<br><br>I have met many estate agents over the years and understand that valuations can vary. However, professionalism, courtesy and respect should be a minimum standard. Unfortunately, my experience with Rosie fell far below what I would expect from a reputable estate agency.<br><br>Based on this experience, I would not use Carter & Willow's services and would not recommend them to others seeking a professional and impartial property valuation.

Our agent Harry and his manager Libby keep customer care at the bottom of their priority list. I have called multiple times, left emails, and left voicemails, all to be completely ignored.<br><br>?We were without a functioning bathroom for 5 months. A rental reduction was requested, acknowledged, and then ignored for months, honestly don't believe the request was ever even passed to the landlord. Now, we are at the end of our tenancy and have found new tenants for the flat, but again, we are being ignored.<br><br>?I have found the landlord's details and will contact him directly today just to get a response. Shocking service.

Super efficient and found good tenants and I feel very happy would highly recommend the team at Ealing!- 8th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)I’d like to share my experience with Foxtons Balham, in particular with Jack Delgado.<br>I had booked a viewing for a house in Balham with Jac a few weeks ago. The appointment was at noon. I arrived and — besides being poorly greeted — he did not remember we had an appointment and had no idea as to which property I was meant to view. Worse than that — he then said that the property went under offer the night before, therefore wasting my time as I commuted down south to Balham. I would have appreciated some clear, professional communication. Some ideas for improvement, perhaps: he could have contacted me and informed me that the property went under offer?
