What was particularly pleasant was both Joshua and Jordan’s customer services, professionalism and helpfulness. From arranging viewings, mortgage adviser, solicitors, responding to queries and facilitating viewings the entire process has been to a high standard. Whatever the outcome I am pleased with the experience. Thank you Jordan and Joshua. You are both a credit to the company and industry.

She was there for every stage of the purchase, from arranging the initial viewing, keeping the process going, through to the exchange and completion process. She was professional throughout and a joy to deal with, in what is quite a stressful process.

29th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I have been extremely disappointed with the service I received from Chestertons Fulham Lettings.<br><br>The most serious issue occurred when the tenant welcome pack served at the start of the tenancy contained documentation for an entirely different property belonging to another landlord client. This was a significant administrative error and raised serious concerns about Chestertons’ document handling procedures and data protection standards. As a landlord, I expect confidential information to be handled with the utmost care, and this mistake severely undermined my confidence in the agency’s professionalism.<br><br>The problems did not end there. When the tenancy was renewed in 2024, Chestertons served the tenants with an expired Gas Safety Certificate as part of the tenancy documentation instead of a valid certificate which was present. This error later had significant consequences. When a Section 21 notice was served in April 2026, it was found to be invalid, resulting in unnecessary delays, additional legal costs, and considerable stress.<br><br>Towards the end of the tenancy, the tenants also began paying their rent late. I was disappointed by the lack of urgency and proactive support from Chestertons in dealing with the situation. I felt that my interests as a landlord were not being protected, and communication often lacked the sense of ownership and accountability I expected from a professional managing agent.<br><br>As a non professional landlord, I rely on my letting agent to ensure legal compliance, accurate documentation, and competent tenancy management. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below those expectations. The administrative mistakes, concerns regarding confidential documentation, failure to provide compliant tenancy paperwork, and the impact these errors had on the possession process have left me with little confidence in the service provided.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend Chestertons Fulham Lettings to other landlords.<br><br>However, Nicola Little from the vacates team and Ayse Saunders were super helpful - They were absolutely brilliant.

They weren’t overbearing during the property search like other big agents, and everything felt very streamlined and professional. The seller’s agent Lee also really eased the stress throughout the purchasing process with how responsive and easy to work with he was at all stages.

A special thank you to Patricia, who was an absolute superstar throughout the process. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and made what had been a stressful property search feel incredibly straightforward.<br><br>We went from viewing the property to moving in within just 7 days, which was far quicker than we ever expected. The communication and transparency throughout the process were excellent, and we always knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>After such a long and frustrating search, Foxtons made the experience seamless. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and would recommend them without hesitation. 10/10.

Useful information about the properties and areas as well as quick responses to messages without ever getting the stereotypical estate agent 'hard sell'. 24th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We had a great experience renting with Citydeal. During the market exploration phase, Omar was informative, clear, and responsive. He arrived early to our scheduled viewing, presented me with an information sheet, and answered all questions we had then and afterwards via Whatsapp. The offer and contract negotiation stages were efficient, and our requests were promptly communicated to and negotiated with the landlord by Slava. Signing, inventory checks, and moving in were smooth. We have had two small maintenance issues which were quickly passed onto the landlord by Leah and the management team, and prompted addressed. The landlord had been communicative and reasonable as well.

Very efficient when they want your business but after that just ghost you. Of all the agencies I contacted, they were head and shoulders above the rest i terms of solutions proposed but also in terms of 'no strings' guidance offered. Within a few days I found what I wanted. Ayesha was competent, friendly, reassuring and always ready to help. If I want to rent again, I will go straight back to them.
