He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout, which made what can be quite a stressful process feel much smoother. I especially appreciated that he kept in touch, followed up when needed, and never made me feel under any pressure. He’s not only efficient at what he does, but also very personable and easy to deal with, which made a big difference. This was the first time that I had dealt with the Fulham Broadway office. I've been really impressed with the excellent service provided from start to finish. In fact given the miserable time I way having with my conveyancing solicitor safe to say they helped keep the wheels on the transaction. 10/10

She is an absolutely amazing and professional person who helped us a lot during our tenancy. We had several issues with our landlord, and Dani handled everything with patience and professionalism. She supported us through the process, solved many of the problems we were facing, and even managed to help us get our deposit back, which we truly appreciate. If it wasn’t for her, we would have faced many more difficulties and honestly I don’t know what we would have done without her help. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out. I’m very grateful for her support and highly recommend this agency because of her.thank you Dani Stagg

All they want is completion and they will push you so hard it literally can ruin your normal life. And when you get the key after the endless pushing, you will be frustrated with this - a property not accounted for at all, different from what you’ve seen, and of course, this is after completion and they will say this is not their responsibility. This’s totally scam. Avoid unless you want to have bad, pushy and disappointing experiences when you are cheerfully buying your property.
