When the sale fell through we were recommended Martyn Gerrard. Usman and James were available for questions and were clear in what the process was. Since we live so far away and usually manage to be in London only once a year we needed a professional management agency that is able to look after our place efficiently, amicably, dealing with problems quickly and making sure our tenants are content but also looking after the flat well. We have worked with friendly, trustworthy and efficient property managers and we are especially pleased with our current manager Abida Tasnim!

Claire and her team gave me a very realistic valuation and expectation of what the market was at the time. We set out the strategy to sell the property and the incredibly proactive Emmie got me an incredible offer just a few weeks after putting it on the market. Emmie was incredibly helpful in bridging the gap between me and the buyer and she was resolute and fast in getting the deal over the line to completion, helping me deal with all the parties involved. I am very happy with how it all went.

Our sale took longer than planned, through no fault of The Address, and throughout the process Linda was regularly checking in to see how we were progressing and whether there was anything she could do to help. She was fantastic at acting as a go?between when we were getting stuck between solicitors, and she helped move things along so we could complete on our preferred date. I would highly recommend The Address. Our experience as buyers was that they were with us every step of the way.

How Estate Agency should be - highly recommend- 12th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I have to admit at first I was a bit sceptical of using Foxtons. Initially, I decided to go with other agents instead, viewings were few and far between and six months went past without an offer in sight. I then decided to bite the bullet and go ahead with Foxtons. Suddenly, not only did the quantity of viewings change but so did the calibre of the people being put forward to view our property. Then came the offer stage, where negotiations had reached stalemate and Foxtons facilitated in a way to ensure an agreement could be made. That’s when the REAL work started. The actual sale process was arduous. There was an immense amount of paperwork and legal processes due to the type of property being sold. Various parties needed to be contacted by certain deadlines with the right paperwork in place. Jasmine, our singular point of contact from the offer stage onwards, put in an unbelievable amount of effort, without which the sale would have fallen through. She kept track of all deadlines, worked with both lawyers to find solutions and even found responses to queries where she could. Thank you Foxtons New Malden and Jasmine for all your hard work! Best agent on the high street!
4th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

She was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely caring and attentive, which made a huge difference during what can often be a stressful process. She was always quick to respond, kept everything well-organised, and made sure I felt confident and informed at every stage. It really felt like she had my best interests at heart, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. I’m very grateful for all her support and would highly recommend Seden to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile.

He was very responsive until we signed the contract and made the payment, but afterwards all of our calls, messages, and emails were ignored for weeks, even for simple matters. I would strongly advise against using them; their service is the worst I have ever experienced.
