10th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)I was previously a tenant in Palace Court and Foxtons were the managing agent and were good. When it came to selling my apartment, they were my first port of call. I had a valuation booked with Chuck and received email confirmation of the appointment. He never turned up and never bothered to respond to my emails asking whether he was coming. I decided to sell with Cluttons Hyde Park and sold my flat to the first viewer before it even went to market. I had such a poor experience of Foxtons and would never recommend them now.

I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

5th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Ruby was fantastic from start to finish with our property search. She was available for questions and was always communicative with both ourselves (buyers) and the sellers. We knew where both sides stood the full time. Albeit a painfully slow purchase (due to conveyancer-based circumstances, outside of Curchods control), Ruby remained helpful throughout.
2nd Aug 2026 (11 days ago)i’ve worked with Ed and Jack at Moreland. Both of them are excellent at attracting the right buyers for the property and promoting the property in a very good way. They’ve frequently kept me updated on the progress and they’ve made the whole process extremely smooth. I highly recommend them.

29th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.

10th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)I cannot recommend this estate agents highly enough. I have used them both for selling property and as a landlord. They are very professional and I was given updates regularly. They took the stress of selling and letting completely away. They go over and above to give confidence to the transactions. Steve and Alex were always available to talk to and were excellent in dealing with letting and selling. As a landlord they are very helpful when problems may arise with the property to help and give advice to resolve the issues. I would not hesitate to use them again.

As a student from India, I wasn't familiar with the UK renting process, but Leon was incredibly patient, responsive, and always happy to help. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I always felt supported throughout the process, and I truly appreciate how approachable and professional he was.

- 24th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist and the manager at the Foxtons Pimlico branch.<br><br>Today was the day I returned the keys to my flat. My tenancy officially ends on 26 July, but I was asked to return the keys two days early because the landlord wanted to paint the property on 25 July. I cooperated, even though my tenancy had not yet ended.<br><br>When I asked the receptionist how I would receive my deposit back, she gave me a cold and dismissive response, simply saying that the landlord would sort it out. She made no effort to explain the process, and her attitude and facial expression were incredibly rude and unprofessional.<br><br>The property manager was no better. When I asked about the electricity bill, the response I received was equally rude and dismissive. I felt like I was being treated as if I was an inconvenience rather than a tenant who was simply asking reasonable questions.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is the landlord’s behaviour throughout my tenancy. The paint on the bedroom wall had been peeling badly, but despite repeated requests, the landlord refused to repair it and always made excuses. However, now that they need to find a new tenant, they suddenly want to repaint the flat before my tenancy has even officially ended.<br><br>I genuinely don’t understand this situation, and the entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unprofessional.
