We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!
16th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Riley from Kings Group Enfield was the best estate agent we’ve met during our 8 month journey of trying to purchase our first home.<br><br>We’d gotten close to purchasing a couple of times over that period so met many agents along the way. And I can’t stress this enough, Riley and Kings Group Enfield were leagues above the rest.<br><br>It can be really exhausting when you are on your 40th viewing and have to put up with patronising sales energy and often vague answers to your queries but from our first viewing through to completion Riley was patient, incredibly informative about the property/area and went the extra mile at every opportunity.<br><br>Thanks for everything! Would 100% recommend.

From the very beginning, Jack was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive, making what can often be a stressful renting process feel straightforward and easy to navigate.<br><br>He took the time to thoroughly show us around the property, explain every aspect of the rental process, and provide valuable insight into the current market. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to answer questions made everything much clearer and gave us confidence in our decisions.<br><br>What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was throughout. Jack was always quick to respond, highly efficient, and made us feel supported every step of the way. His professionalism and honesty gave us a great deal of trust in both him and the agency he represents.<br><br>The agency as a whole has been excellent to deal with, providing a smooth, transparent, and professional service. Mr. Sayem helped me secure a flat, and I had a very good experience with him. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Every time I contacted him, he responded positively and did everything according to my requirements. He also communicated very clearly and nicely. I really appreciate his support and would highly recommend him.

He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.
29th May 2026 (30 days ago)I’m a tenant in a Brooks property and Aggie has been absolutely fantastic throughout the tenancy. We have just had to deal with a big leak and she was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and keeps you updated every step of the way, which makes a huge difference when any issues arise. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she has a real talent for coordinating things smoothly and getting stuff done without unnecessary stress or delays. I’ve felt very well looked after as a tenant and it’s made renting through Brooks a really positive experience.

I have bought and sold through them and I also use their services as a landlord to help find tenants and get them moved in and out smoothly. I love that they are local and I can pop in any time and check in on progress. Their fees are fair and competitive. 10/10!

She’s been super encouraging along the journey of buying our first home, leading us to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She has been super informative and lovely to speak to. All round a really good branch to go with for looking for your home, that go above and beyond in supporting you across the whole process.

Apparently she had notified me via text despite every prior exchange being through WhatsApp and email and had the audacity to blame it on me for not seeing it.
