7th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

Communication was faultless throughout in what can be a frustrating process.<br>I would use Paul Graham again and highly recommend.

They marketed it well, were always friendly and helpful, helped us organise and execute repairs & renovations, and stayed calm and patient throughout a complicated sale. They always responded to calls and emails really quickly and were always willing to go the extra mile. I/we couldn't be happier then to recommend them to anyone wanting to sell in North London. They were tip-top!

Advertised a fully furnished property and then told us 5 days before moving in, that the property was not furnished, after being told multiple times it was & having sold our furniture. Had to send multiple texts & emails to get a response - which at one point took up to 3 days. We were made to pay £2500 for a virtual guarantor despite being told we had passed referencing checks early on. Would not recommend.

They handled the letting of my property professionally from start to finish, and everything was sorted incredibly quickly.<br>Any issues that came up were resolved promptly, and the team were always easy to reach – they even worked on their days off to keep things moving. If you want an estate agent who is truly committed and gets results, I’d absolutely use them again.

Ross was extremely personable from start to finish, kept in regular contact to help things along, and very persistent with the buyer's solicitor to get it done on the completion date. Not to mention achieving a sale price over £50k more than other Estate Agents valuations. I'd recommend D&H Hornchurch branch in a heartbeat.
