From the initial viewing to moving in, everything went smoothly and professionally.<br><br>A special thank you to Mr. Mehmet, who was very helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process. He made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free, and was always happy to assist when needed.<br><br>I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Mehmet and the Barnard Marcus Feltham team to anyone looking to rent a property.
27th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)The team have a good work ethic and push hard to achieve goals, chasing things up and finding solutions as necessary.<br>Adrian set things up nicely and the onboarding process was very smooth. His team were excellent handling viewings.<br>Jason assisted hugely to bring things to a close, leading tricky negotiations and complex issues within the chain.<br>One important thing I would note is that the completion of the sale fell flat in that we were not contacted to arrange placement of keys, etc and were pretty much left to our own devices, with me needing to call the agent. One of the team did then kindly come along to collect the keys but it was an unnecessary stress.<br>Being a good sales team is important but the all important day is that of completion.

We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

Kept us fully in the loop and worked really hard to get the sale through. Would recommend him and Winkworth to anyone, we had a very positive experience throughout a process which can be very stressful. Thank you!

But Jack from KFH made all the difference in making it as easeful and seamless as possible. From the first time we met him, he was professional, sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful in every which way. He was very responsive to our communications, helped facilitate with the owners and company, and continued to follow up with us after we moved in. Would love to work with him again!

She has a strong knowledgeable of the market, trustworthy and was attentive to my every query. I felt that I can always reach out to her via a phone call or email. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
27th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I’m a landlord and use Leaders for one of my properties. Never again! They’ve ‘managed’ my property for over a year and there has only been 1 maintenance issue, so hardly doing much for their money.<br><br>They’ve very sneakily tried to con me into agreeing to a so called ‘premium’ service mid way through the tenancy, which I’ve not asked for, and if I’d not read one of the many junk emails they send would have been enrolled into it by default.<br><br>I’ve emailed them twice confirming that I don’t wish to take part and the latest property ‘manager’ Carol (I think she’s the 4th in just over a year) hasn’t bothered to get back to me.<br><br>I’ve experience of many letting agents and these are the worst by far: constantly trying to hoodwink clients into extra costs. Well naturally I’ll not use them again.<br><br>I saw at the bottom of her email a link asking me to leave a review, so here it is. Hope it’s helpful.<br><br>PS. Please don’t respond to this review asking me to get in touch etc etc - just ask Carol to answer her emails please!

From the start of dealing with Gibbs, they were very professional, very supportive and competitive with the other agents. I just felt like calibre of people I was dealing with (Jason and Jo mostly) made me more comfortable. I would highly recommend using them

The process of buying a flat in central London in particular can be a lengthy & stressful process with so many parties involved but Jasmine at Foxtons was very helpful in keeping me updated at all times and chasing all parties concerned to make sure the transaction went smoothly.<br>Look forward to working with Jasmine on another soon!

Everything moved along really smoothly after viewing the apartment, I was able to sign the documents shortly after. The whole process was quick, easy, and well organised.<br>I would definitely recommend!

As a first time buyer, my experience has been positive throughout, from initial interactions with the Sales team in arranging viewings, to having my offer accepted, through to completion.
