Despite the market moving at the speed of light, Natasha was a brilliant help for us and managed to get us in to see places which fit our preferences, resulting in a secured agreement just 48 hours after we were in touch. She is great!
11th Aug 2026 (2 days ago)I’ve been supporting my sister hunting for a flat recently. Kitty Lehane at the Hampstead branch was so helpful and lovely. Every conversation was a delight and even though we didn’t find the right property with Foxtons, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Kitty. She made sure that any opportunities were sent to us and viewings were arranged swiftly. I shall be sad we are no longer flat hunting but now Kitty can devote her time to other lucky clients! I only gave four stars because we didn’t find a property- but if it was to rate the person she’d get 10 stars.

He’s been extremely responsive and very patient with us while we made up our minds about which property to choose. I booked a viewing for one flat, but he came prepared and showed me two additional flats in the area that matched what I was looking for — real initiative that saved me a lot of time.<br><br>When I mentioned we were also considering the Colindale area, he went above and beyond by connecting us with another agent who arranged viewings there too. That kind of coordination isn’t something you often get, and it made the whole flat-hunting process so much smoother.<br>Samuel also guided us through the entire tenancy acquisition process from start to finish, including referencing and all the paperwork, making what can usually be a stressful process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>Thanks to his attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile, we found a flat and secured the tenancy quickly and smoothly. A special mention also to his manager, Jamal Hussain, for overseeing such a well-run and professional service.<br><br>Highly recommend Samuel and the team if you want an agent who actually listens, takes action, and sees things through to the end.

Communication was always easy, quick, and very clear.Asher took the time to understand exactly what i wanted and curated the absolute best properties for us to view in the area. During the viewings, he was highly professional and explained every single detail clearly—covering everything from the specifics of the properties to local neighborhood insights. 5th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)I had a traumatic experience with Aston Rowe. As a suggestion, just be cautious of any property being advertised by them.<br><br>Denis showed me the place and did answer questions honestly about the property. The property had so many issues, don’t even know where to begin. The property was on Lynton Road. There was a gas leak the day I moved in. And then had to move out immediately into an Airbnb, cost borne by me. This was despite the fact I was given gas certificate. The gas cooker was so old that it caused gas leak. Charlie, the head of letting, was so complacent in doing his job and didn’t take anything raised seriously.<br><br>The property wasn’t professionally cleaned. The flush wasn’t working properly for 2 months. The heating wasn’t working and I had to get it fixed. The toilet seat was broken. The whole WC had to be replaced. I left within 6 months.<br><br>And their property management is a joke.Alix was on leave for 1 month and there was no one to cover. I had no water situation twice and fuse shorting once and she replied after she came back from her leaves. There is no sense of urgency and care, just don’t want to work. The Owners were the worst. They took weeks to okay the smallest request, especially relating to toilet flush which is a matter of basic hygiene. They cheaped out on everything. All the furniture was broken which you would only know when you start using it. And when you asked to replace, they said just throw it in the garage.<br><br>To sum up, if you are looking to rent into that area, NEVER EVER consider ASTON ROWE.
