He was so efficient and quick with everything and really personable at the viewings. Within a day of enquiring we had seen a few properties with him and had an offer accepted. She was extremely helpful and made us feel very confident that we will find our property. She was always happy to get our feedback and it made me personally feel that she is tailoring her service, attention and time to my requests and needs. Kate you are the best, and i wish all estate agents should have you as a role model.

We trusted the advice and the communication with us and the buyers was excellent, prompt and reassuring throughout. KFH were effective and efficient - it was as smooth as possible considering the task at hand.

Everybody involved shared their in-depth knowledge of the area and sale process. That allowed us to make all the right decisions. Due to the situation we were in, the sale process was lengthy. None of that made Horton & Garton team work any less. First sale fell through (due to circumstances out of our control). The Team found the second buyer promptly. House was sold for almost 12% more than the first buyer’s offer and almost 19% more than the asking price! Tremendous success!
