Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring, during our house sale they were always in contact with our lawyer, our buyer, our buyers’ lawyer and ourselves to ensure that any bumps in the path were quickly smoothed over. Special mention to Doug Norris, who guided the whole process through to completion - I shall miss his calm and reassuring voice!

11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)We initially bought our Crouch End home from KFH and I remember 11 years ago being impressed with Barrington the sales director for his local knowledge. When it came to selling our home we had quotes from a few local estate agents and once again we were impressed with KFH and the service they offered. We were particularly grateful for the service provided by Finan who did his best to keep us informed at every step of the (long!) process and chasing answers where necessary. We would recommend them to anyone buying and selling in Crouch End. Thanks Nichola

25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)We can highly recommend the KFH Putney Hill branch for what turned out to be a protracted house sale delayed by our first two buyers dropping out and then by extremely slow solicitors during the conveyancing process. Alex and John were both very tenacious on our behalf and worked tirelessly to line up the eventual buyer. During the final phase if it wasn't for Alex's project management, dealing with very difficult solicitors, the sale would have probably collapsed. An ex-neighbour, who also sold her house with KFH, recommended them to us and I would not hesitate to recommending KFH to others.

Truly listens and is very transparent when it comes to processing documents of a new tenancy. Any questions I had, was explained to me clearly. Has kept me up to date with any inspections that is required and at my convenience. Really good at negotiating affordable rent. Being able to Rent has been very stressful but Elena has made the transition smoothly. Thank you Elena and your wonderful team at The Property Company! In our case, we were actually selling and buying a house from the same branch of Adam Hayes and Mina handled the entire situation very delicately and professionally from the day we met him to the day we completed on both properties! No concern or request was too big or too small for him, he was always straight on to it and working on getting things sorted. He made the whole process much smoother and less painful than we had anticipated! We are very grateful to him and Adam Hayes for the excellent service they provided to us.

If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again UPDATED REVIEW… thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again

From initial consultation with Hussain to concluding the transaction they exceeded expectations. They are knowledgable about the local market and offer an honest and realistic appraisal. They are courteous and organised in managing the bookings too, with dedicated WhatsApp groups and regular updates. Couldn’t recommend more. Nice one, Pio ????
22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Worst estate agent in wembley. I had my viewing book for property and on day agent show up with no key for home, I let that slide. Upon speaking to him, he ensures, that we have been booked for next day with same time. However, on the day of viewing, agent won't even show up. After speaking to the agency, we came know that we never booked for the day and we have to book viewing again. Complete waste of time on two consecutive days, Won't recommend at all.
10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Hunters West Hampstead Estate Agency. The agent failed to show up for a scheduled viewing, leaving me waiting for over half an hour. Despite calling their office twice to check on the agent’s whereabouts, there was no punctuality or communication from their side. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for clients' time is unacceptable.
