I reached out multiple times with enquiries about properties, and despite my clear interest, they completely ignored my enquiries. I followed up several times, but never received any responses. Instead, they decided to move my contact details to another branch, without any prior communication or explanation. This kind of treatment is extremely unprofessional. Not only did they fail to respond to my initial questions, but they also showed a lack of respect by shifting me to another branch without my consent or knowledge. It felt like they were simply passing me off without considering my interest in the properties I was inquiring about. It's frustrating and disappointing when an estate agent doesn’t follow through, leaving you feeling like just another number. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. After a challenging and unsuccessful year of searching with a few other estate agents Emma was determined to find us our dream place. She and the team were so responsive and generous with her time. 22nd Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ellis and Co stands the best agent in Wembley area. After disappointment from all other agents I was able to find my property from Ellis and Co. Ronit, with his calm and patient nature has helped me through the whole letting process including references and contracts. Please go with them for your next home! Must recommended- 20th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)A group of young and seasoned agents who know their craft and market well. Although my project took rather longer than expected KFH completed it successfully.

They are dealing with my management and lettings and I highly rate the staff, particularly those I have been in contact with. Lincoln was helpful and charming, ready to help, and answer my questions. Ewa has been very efficient and straightforward with lettings. All The staff are kind and friendly and seem happy, many have been working there for many years, which is always a good sign of a good business. They look after landlords and tenants and the processes from start to finish. A service led business that I can recommend.

13th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Alexandra Isoveanu. My experience was a complete failure from start to finish, characterized by a dismissive attitude and a staggering lack of basic industry knowledge. Throughout our interactions, I felt my time was treated as an afterthought. Not only was the service dismissive, but it became clear that Alexandra had little understanding of the specifics regarding property negotiations, a complete amateur. When I asked standard questions regarding the negotiation, I was met with vague or incorrect information that caused unnecessary delays. A sales negotiator is expected to facilitate a process, not hinder it through incompetence. This level of service is a poor reflection on the Temple Fortune office and falls well below the standard one expects from Foxtons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this was a total waste of time and a deeply unprofessional experience.- 20th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Manuela - Foxton Stratford has been an exceptional property agent. If you’re looking for a serious, committed agent to help you find a great place, I would definitely recommend Manuela. She’s reliable, proactive, and the best agent I’ve worked with in London. After 6 years of great service with Louis king. the communication has completely dropped off.i have sent emails and called twice over the past week with zero response. Unacceptable service for a long-standing tenant.- 5th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)Super helpful and responsive throughout the whole letting process. I would highly recommend working with KFH to look for rentals in Clapham, specifically Annabel Edwards, who made the process as seamless as possible.

16th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I have used Kurt Gonzales previously to sell a family home, I was very impressed with his efficiency and friendlly attitude that I used him again. Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!

The team were friendly, professional, and always supportive throughout what turned out to be a challenging process. While it took us some time to find the right property, Aston Rowe stayed persistent and kept everything moving. When we finally found our dream home, they acted quickly to secure us buyers at just the right time. A special mention to Harry, who was always available on the phone and incredibly helpful throughout. Really grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend.

It is our first rental in UK and totally new to the formalities, Stephen made this process very easy and comfortable for us. Stephen is easy to connect, replied every query efficiently and still replying to all the emails without delay. Thank you for this pleasant experience.
