She was also helpful with practical details, even taking measurements of the property to help me plan my move. Recommend.
22nd Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Pretty miserable experience selling my late brothers property through them. Sale was already agreed via another agent when Kfh took over their agency. Sale limped on for over 2 months but then fell through. Was persuaded to sell via their “modern auction method” which uses a third party company. Lots of issues and Kfh will not even return your calls when you go this route as they consider it then outside their remit. Ended up selling for 15% less than original sale agreed and stress was intense. This method is described as auction and I had assumed post auction that the buyer had all the information they had a right to at the beginning of the auction but actually the legal part is exactly the same as with any sale - much discussion between solicitors, new deeds having to be drawn up etc. The only difference appears to be that there is a time scale to adhere to making it incredibly stressful.
13th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Most estate agents tend to be quite ghastly people, but Edward Hocken and Emilia Minopoli should win awards for their poor behaviour at this branch.<br><br>During a proposed purchase, an independent Level 3 RICS survey identified significant issues with the property. Rather than keeping negotiations focused on the survey findings, Sales Branch Director Edward Hocken questioned my “reliability as a prospective buyer” and said KFH had “a gut feeling”. I found this extraordinarily unprofessional from a senior estate agent - aside from trying to foist a property onto me with active damp and structural issues.<br><br>The handling of the transaction was compounded by Sales Assistant Manager Emilia Minopoli repeatedly creating urgency around exchange and completion, including false deadlines around the seller’s circumstances and timescales.<br><br>I formally complained to KFH. After internal escalation, KFH confirmed that it considered Hocken’s conduct entirely appropriate and would take no action.<br><br>I have no issue with agents robustly representing their vendors. I do have an issue with personal comments, manufactured urgency and poor professional judgement. I ultimately withdrew and purchased a property that doesn’t have level 3 defects, and am so grateful to have avoided a costly headache.<br><br>Based on this experience, I would not recommend KFH Battersea - nor the brand itself, for any purchase or rental.- 10th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Patrycja assisted me throughout the process of securing my flat, and she was excellent from start to finish. We were working towards a more tight deadline, and she was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout. She made the whole process smooth as possible.

Called to book a viewing for a property and the way he spoke was not nice, he spoke some sort of urgency and didn’t even properly listen to my query. I could not even book a viewing to see a property because my deposit wasn't a “high deposit”. Do you only allow people to view a property based in their deposit?? Awful customer service

The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. Hannah then helped me negotiate a deal I honestly didn't think was possible, pushing for terms I wouldn't have had the confidence or market knowledge to ask for myself.<br><br>Compared to every other property experience I've had, Hannah Le Sueur made this one feel completely different — supported, informed, and genuinely on my side from start to finish. If you're buying in London and want someone who will actually fight your corner, I can't recommend her highly enough.

Would highly recommend him.- 11th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Disgraceful conduct, bad faith tactics, and zero accountability — Foxtons Harrow.<br><br>Foxtons Harrow cost us significant time, money, and a genuine property opportunity through deceitful games. After inviting us to view a property that was effectively off the market, it became painfully obvious our appointment was staged solely to use us as leverage to squeeze a higher offer out of an existing buyer.<br><br>We travelled over 150 miles (a two-hour drive) in good faith to attend this viewing. We promptly submitted a significantly higher offer, only to be met with total radio silence. Worst of all, being strung along and waiting on them wasted critical days during an active search—directly causing us to lose out on another property we were ready to secure.<br><br>Over the following days, we called repeatedly across multiple numbers to reach both the Branch Manager, Hex, and the agent, Saugat. Neither bothered to return a single call or provide the courtesy of an update. Ghosting serious buyers after dragging them across the country and blowing up their other buying options is peak unprofessionalism.<br><br>Advice to prospective buyers and sellers:<br>Bad-faith tactics: They are willing to stage deceptive viewings and exploit serious buyers just to manufacture artificial bidding pressure.<br><br>- Costly delays: Their radio silence doesn't just waste an afternoon—it causes you to miss critical windows on genuine properties elsewhere.<br>- Unjustified fees: Foxtons charges among the highest commission rates on the high street, but the service at this branch does not warrant even 1% of it.<br>- Zero accountability: Once they extract the leverage they need, communication evaporates entirely.<br><br>If you are a serious person looking to deal with your property, my sincere request is to avoid them entirely. Take your business to an independent, reputable high-street estate agent who takes ownership of communication, respects your time, and operates with basic professional integrity.
