11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 10th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)I was looking for a rental in the area and out of 6 or so estate agents that I called, KFH genuinely took the time to understand what we needed and sorted us out quickly (which we needed)! They put in extra hours on evenings and weekends (including Sunday) to get us settled super quickly. Would highly recommend the KFH team - especially Temi and Anita.

She helped deal with tricky buyer's and got an offer on my flat not long after coming onboard.<br>I would say before this I wasn't overly impressed at the start, with the property overvalued and few other aspects but overall they got the job done which is what matters at the end of the day.- 26th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Although I have not rented with this agency I really want to praise one of its agents Nye Newcombe for being an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has been absolutely amazing throughout my entire journey of purchasing my first apartment in the UK.<br><br>From the very beginning, Giulia was incredibly attentive, professional and genuinely committed to helping me find the right property. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and, thanks to her exceptional attention to detail and understanding of my needs, she helped me find an apartment that I am genuinely so happy with.<br><br>As this was my first time purchasing a property in the UK, there were many parts of the process that were completely new to me. Giulia made the entire journey feel incredibly smooth and reassuring. 3rd Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Deceptive estate agent. Went to view a property to rent, sent in my offer form to then be told the next day that the landlords personal circumstances had changed and they had to pull the property off the market. Came across the property in my enquires on a property website which is now showing the property as let agreed and is also showing this on the Usher's website. If you have to be deceptive like this when renting a property, I'm glad I didn't go with you.
